that the ξ΅lls the informaξon and follow the instrucξons technician in
below for iniξal diagnosξc, possible problem idenξξ΅caξon and/or
soluξon

Keep the informaξon below with you at the ξme when contacξng
your Technical Service, this will help to idenξfy the equipment,
possible spare parts and maintenance procedures
IMPORTANT!
All part replacements must be carried out by skilled personnel and
with the use of original parts for the ovens reliable performance and
validity of the ovens warranty. Replacements of electrical parts must
always be performed by authorized personnel for safety reasons

VENTILATION CONTROL
Your oven could be connected with one of the following connecξons
1. Exhaust Hood
The oven is located under a Commercial
Exhaust hood
2. Exhaust Tube or Pipe
The oven is connected to an Exhaust Tube
Venξlaξon system to the top front and top
back of the oven
3. No venξlaξon
The oven is not connected to any
venξlaξon system
Make these observaξons and cross all the boxes
4 Flue Diverter .
Be sure that the back Flue Diverter is
connected ξ¬rmly to the oven, no maξer the
type of venξlaξon connecξon
5 Flue Diverter Air Circulaξon .
Regardless of the connecξon, the Flue
Diverter Base to be open in all the needs
cases; this helps the air circulaξon
6 Warning! .
DO NOT remove the Flue Diverter and / or
either place any object blocking the
venξlaξon; this aξ©ects the baking, oven
performance and may cause ξ¬re

Check your external break s or fuses er
1. From your , check Electrical Circuit Box
and idenξfy the posiξon of all the External
circuit breakers or fuses for the oven
2. If you have External Circuit Breakers.
Check that all the breakers are in ON
posiξon. Call an electrician IMPORTANT!
if the Breaker trip again
3. If you have External Circuit Fuses. Check
and replace broken Fuses
Idenξfy the
locaξon of
all Breakers
or Fuses
ON
