FOG UNTIL ALL FOG FLUID HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE CONDUITS! FAILURE TO DO SO WILL CLOG

EXPLANATION OF SIGNS

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND DANGER WARNINGS
• The smoke machine must be placed at least 100 cm away from inammable materials such as curtains, books,
etc. Make sure that the housing cannot be touched by accident.
• Do not obstruct the openings on top of the case to guarantee good ventilation. The heating element of the
smoke machine generates heat which needs to be removed. Don’t put any objects on the smoke machine.
• For indoor use only.
• Prior to the rst use, have the unit checked by a qualied person.
• The unit contains voltage carrying parts. DO NOT open the smoke machine
• Never plug or unplug the unit with wet hands.
• If the plug and/or mains lead are damaged, they need to be repaired by a qualied technician.
• If the unit is damaged, do not plug the unit into a mains outlet.
• Only connect this unit to an earthed mains outlet of 220-240Vac 50/60Hz.
• Always unplug the unit during a thunderstorm or when it is not in use.
• In order to prevent dropping of the unit, a safety fastening needs to be installed. This can be a solid chain, a
steel cable, etc. which has to be fastened separately from the mounting bracket.
• The supplied bracket is the main xing and must be used to solidly mount the unit.
• In order to avoid accidents in public premises, the local legal requirements and safety regulations/warnings
must be fullled.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Be careful when lling the uid tank. First of all, unplug the mains lead! Then unscrew the cap on the tank and
ll it by means of a funnel.
• Select a location which gives easily access to the tank.
• We recommend the use of IBIZA LIGHT High Density smoke uid (ref. 15-1017)
• Put in the horizontal direction and don’t incline and place upside down.
• No waterproof, if there are some humidity, water or fog liquid in it, please switch o power and contact distrib-
utor as soon as possible.
• There are no spare parts inside the machine. If you need to repair it, please contact a distributor or a profes-
sional repair works.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or men-
tal capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

• Don’t spray it to people directly and far away from re.
• The temperature of sprayer is very high so that keep the space between machine and other material things
more than 300cm.(40°C—80°C)
• The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects lled with liquids, such as
vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
• The unit should only be used in moderate climates
• Don’t add tinder liquid such as oil, gas, perfume and etc. into the fog machine.
• Pay attention to all notices sign and operation instructions on all machines.
• Check regularly if the tank contains enough fog liquid.
• Empty the tank before transport.
• Don’t drink fog liquid otherwise you need to consult a doctor immediately. Use clean water to wash skin and
eyes once fog liquid touches them.
MOUNTING
It is important never to obstruct the fan or vents pathway. Mount the xture in a level position.
When selecting installation location, take into consideration the ease of access to ll the tank and for routine
maintenance.
Never mount in places where the xture will be exposed to rain, high humidity, extreme temperature changes
or restricted ventilation.
If the external exible cable or cord of this unit is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer
or his service agent or a similar qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
FUSE REPLACEMENT:
Warnings: Disconnect the power cord before replacing a fuse and always replace with the same
type fuse.
With your hands, unscrew the fuse holder from its housing, remove the damaged fuse from its holder and re-
place with exactly the same type of fuse. Screw the fuse holder back in its place and reconnect power.
Exterior surface temperature under steady state conditions is 85°C.
OPERATION:
1. Connect the power lead to the power socket with earth line. The machine will start heating.
You have to wait some time (about 8 minutes) until the machine has sufficiently warmed up. When the unit
is ready for use, the thermostat is clicking and the LED on the manual control lights up. Push the switch
once and the smoke machine will produce a nice thick fog. Once the smoke machine has reached its wor-
king temperature (the LED is lit) the smoke machine can produce continuously fog during about 25 seconds.
2. After this period of time, the fog generator is cooled so much down that the thermostat switches off. Wait
about 40 seconds until the working temperature is reached again. It is recommended to produce smoke
with small pauses in between so that the temperature is maintained and the thermostat doesn’t switch off.
3. Can set the machine at a high place (with bracket) or on the ground. Do not spray fog to people directly.
4. Often check whether there is enough fog liquid in the tank. The unit might be seriously damaged if it
operates without fog liquid.
5. If the fog output is weak, the pump makes noise or there is no smoke production at all, please switch the
unit off and check the fog liquid, fuse and the power plug. If the problem persists, please contact your
dealer.
CLEANING:
• Please clean the fog machine to avoid the damage of spare parts and decrease the repair charge.
• Don’t let the fog machine become dirty. Close the cap of liquid can after add fog liquid.
• After about 40 hours continually use, please use 80% distilled water and 20% vinegar to clean the dirty in
refractory pipe.
• While unit is unplugged and cool, unscrew nozzle at the front of the unit and clean it.
• Empty all fog uid from the tank and replace it by the cleaning solution. Plug the unit into an appropriate wall
outlet and let it heat up as usually.
• Run unit in a well-ventilated area until the tank is empty.
• Replace nozzle.
• Cleaning is now complete. Unplug the unit and let it cool down. Rell the tank with a quality water based fog
uid.
• All fog machines are prone to clogging due to the consistency of fog uid and the high temperatures at which
it vaporizes. However a well maintained machine should provide years of reliable use.
• Clean regularly to extend the lifetime of machine.
