PARADIGM DOES NOT SUPPLY SCREWS FOR MOUNTING BACKBOX
AND SPEAKER TO CEILING. CHOOSE SCREWS APPROPRIATE FOR
CEILING COMPOSITION AND WEIGHT OF BACKBOX WITH SPEAKER.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The required amount of damping material is included and correctly positioned in backbox. DO NOT remove, compact or add additional
damping material. DO NOT add damping material to ceiling directly behind backbox.
All 4 screws MUST be used
NOTE: Wire loop needs to be
attached with screw provided.

NOTE: DO NOT PUNCTURE OR REMOVE PROTECTIVE PLASTIC OVER
CUTOUT UNTIL READY TO INSTALL SPEAKER.
REQUIRED, NOT INCLUDED:
• 12 – #8 or #10 Wood Screws
(8 to attach brackets to box; 4 to attach box to ceiling)
To prevent vibrations and resonances
from coloring output, center the box
between joists—backbox must not
touch joists.
INSTALLING BACKBOX SECURING BACKBOX

CAUTION: Mounting Brackets are
made of galvanized steel. Edges
may be sharp.

Snake wire through wire loop then along ceiling to amplifier location before drywalling.

INSTALLING SPEAKER
a) Holding the speaker’s front lip with your thumbs and index
fingers, push the 4 mounting screws toward each other with
your other fingers so the mounting brackets can fit through
the hole with an “up-and-in” motion. Release the screws and
gently push the speaker up into the backbox.
SECURING SPEAKER
b) Rotate speaker so that
drive assembly points
toward main listening area.
c) While holding the speaker
in place, alternately tighten
each screw until speaker is
firmly installed.

REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : La quantité adéquate d’isolant acoustique est incluse et disposée correctement dans le boîtier arrière. NE PAS enlever
l’isolant, le compacter, ni en ajouter. NE PAS ajouter d’isolant acoustique au plafond directement derrière le boîtier arrière.
Les 4 vis DOIVENT
toutes être utilisées.
REMARQUE :
La boucle
pour filage doit être fixée
à l’aide de la vis incluse.
