IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Keep carefully in case it is needed!
This electric warming jacket is a high-quality product designed to last for many years if it is properly used and
cared for. Read the following instructions carefully to prevent damage or danger from incorrect use. Keep the
instructions so that you can refer back to individual points when necessary.
If you let somebody else use the blanket, you must be sure to let it have the instruction on use.
This appliance is not intended for medical use in hospitals.
z Please read carefully and follow the instructions.
z Use the device only as an electric warming jacket.
z Only connect to the voltage shown on the rating plate.
z The heating pad must not be used when folded or crumpled.
z Do not use the heating pad for persons who cannot move without help, small children,
persons who cannot feel heat, or animals. Persons who can feel heat to some extent
may only use the blanket with supervision.
z Do not operate the heating pad unsupervised.
z Caution! Never fall asleep while the heating pad is in operation.
z Prolonged use can cause burns or the skin.
z Do not prick it with needles or other sharp objects.
z Do not tug or twist the power lead
z Do not pierce the appliance with needles or pins.
z Do not expose the switch or power lead to moisture or liquids.
z The manufacturer or similar qualified persons must replace if the cord is damaged, in order
to avoid a hazard.
z Do not use the appliance when it is damp or wet.
z The device may not be switched on using a time switch.
z The appliance should never used while folded
z The switch should not be placed on or beneath the appliance or be covered when the
appliance is in use.
z Avoid sharp bending or bundling of the appliance.
z While the appliance is switched on,
- Do not place any large or heavy objects on it such as suitcases, etc.,
- Do not place ay source of heat on it such as hot water bottles, heating pads or such like
- Do not allow the switch to be concealed under blankets, pillows or the like and lie on the electric
mattress heater.
z Do not fold the pad when hot.
z Please check the pad and power lead frequently to look for signs of wear or damage. If you find
evidence of wear or a defect, or the blanket has been used incorrectly, return it to us for checking and
if need any necessary repairs.
z When the appliance is not in use, the plug should be removed from the mains and the appliance
should be stored dry, without additional weight on it.
z This appliance is not to be used by young children unless the controls have been preset by a parent
or guardian or the child has been instructed and how to operate safely.

SWITCHING ON
Please always ensure that the heating pad is not bundled or folded when it is in use. Always use the
heating pad with the cloth cover, even if you are using essential oils or ointments; this is necessary to
avoid damage to the synthetic cover. On initial use the heating pad may smell of synthetic material.
However, this odor will disappear after a short while.
The appliance may only be used with 220~240 Volts a.c.
Switch on the blanket using the hand-operated switch.
3 = maximum warmth
2 = moderate warmth
1 = minimum warmth
0 = appliance off
The indicator light indicates that currently power is used for heating up, flashing means that the
selected temperature has reach and will be hold.
Now you can experience the pleasant warmth. After about 120 minutes the blanket silently
switches off automatically. In order to put the heating pad into operation again you must first set
the switch to the ‘0’ position. After about 5 seconds you can switch on the heating pad again.
CAUTION:
The electronic components inside the switch may lead to a slight warming of the switch when the pad is on.
Therefore the switch must not be covered or placed on top of the heating pad when it is in operation.
CAUTION: When the appliance is working within 120 minutes, and the indicator lights off, it doesn’t means
that timer is auto off but means that the temperature is reach to stable stage.
You should not reply on using your hands to gauge the pad temperature because they are much les sensitive to
heat than the surface of the human body. A temperature, which may feel tepid to your hand, may feel unpleasantly
hot on your body.
Qualified persons using original replacement parts may only undertake repairs to the heating pad. Repairs carried
out by unqualified persons may cause substantial risk to the user.
CLEANING AND CARE
The cloth covers may be cleaned according to the symbols on the labels. Before cleaning, the cloth covers should
be removed from the heating pad. After the heating pad has been separated from the mains, the synthetic cover
can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Avoid cleaning agents that contain solvents. Use the heating pad only after
the cover and appliance are completely dry.
Additional information
The heating pad has been specially designed for use on back and neck. The upper Velcro fastener ensures a firm
fit in the neck area and the elastic fastener in the lower part of heating pad; you can adjust the fastener to fit your
body. In addition, you can change the distance of the heating pad from your body and the intensity of heat by
adjusting the strap as desired.
