Align the watch's charging po with the metal

appear on the screen once charging begins.

When connected to your phone, the watch will

automatically sync ceain data via Bluetooth,

including contacts, call history, notications, and

health and tness data. Data will not sync if the

Connect to your watch

Download the app:

On your phone, search for "OHealth" in the Google

Play Store or Apple App Store, and download and

install the app. Pair and connect the watch with your

phone. Once connected, you can check the

connection status, customize the watch face, and

view health data in the app.

How to pair and connect the watch:

Power on the device, choose a system language,

and check the device name as prompted.

Double tap: Open app (customizable)

Touch and hold for 3s:

Power on / Open power menu

※ If the watch doesn't power on aer holding the crown for 3

seconds, charge it and try again.

※ Press and hold the crown for 10 seconds: Force resta.

Bluetooth data sync

Charging

In the OHealth app, go to Device > Add Device,

select the correct device, tap the matching device

name shown on the watch, and follow the

on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Compatible with Android 9.0 and above, and iOS

14.0 and above.

Ensure the watch baery is above 20% before

pairing to avoid connection failure.

During pairing, keep Bluetooth enabled and ensure

the phone is within range.

Use only the provided charging base to charge

the device.

To prevent corrosion or other issues caused by

residual sweat, make sure the charging po is clean

and dry before charging.

To extend baery life, charge the device before the

baery is fully depleted.

If the device will be stored for an extended period,

recharge it every 3 months to prevent over

-discharge and baery failure.
