1. Professional Transcription Software
OM Dictation Management System (ODMS)
ODMS is a fully featured software that provides a simple to use but sophisticated method for managing your
recordings. By using this app, you will be able to instantly share files, create documents efficiently, and design a
secure workflow.
This software can be downloaded from OM Digital solutions Websites. Please refer to the ODMS license card
for the URL of the download site. During installation, use the license code shown on the ODMS license card to
activate the software.
For information on the ODMS software usage and features, refer to the online help from the software. The Online
help will be available after ODMS software installation.

2. Connecting the RS27N/RS28N footswitch
¥ Connect the footswitch cable to the USB adapter cable.

ø Connect the USB adapter cable to the PC’s USB port.
3. Connecting the E103 headset
The E103 is a stereo headset. When playing stereo sound, wear the set properly, observing the L and R markings.
Plug the headset into the PC’s earphone terminal .
