Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
DDas Wandlicht leuchtet die unmittelbare Umgebung mithilfe
von sechszehn hellen LEDs gleichmäßig aus. Vorausset -
zung für eine bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung ist die
sachgemäße Installation sowie die Beachtung und
Einhaltung der Hinweise dieser Bedienungsanleitung.
Jede andere Verwendung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Eigenmächtige
Veränderungen oder Umbauten sind nicht zulässig und führen zur Beschä-
digung des Wandlichts. Verwenden Sie das Wandlicht ausschlieĂźlich in
geschlossenen Räumen.

Schützen Sie sich und andere vor körperlichen Schäden und beachten Sie
die Hinweise!
Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch und
beachten Sie die Hinweise bei der Handhabung des Geräts.

nehmen Sie die Batterien heraus.
Vorsicht! Explosionsgefahr durch unsachgemäßes Austau-
schen oder Entnehmen der Batterien! Ersetzen Sie die Batterien
nur durch einen vom Hersteller freigegebenen Typ und entsorgen
Sie die Batterien fachgerecht.
Vorsicht! Schützen Sie das Wandlicht gegen Nässe, Staub,
Flüssigkeiten, Chemikalien, Dämpfe, Hitze und direkte Sonnenein-
strahlung. Das Wandlicht ist nicht wasserdicht, halten Sie das
Wandlicht trocken. Verwenden Sie das Wandlicht nur in geschlos-
senen Räumen.
Wichtig! Ăśberstreichen Sie die IR-Sensoren des Wandlichts bzw. der
Fernbedienung nicht mit Farbe.

PrĂĽfen Sie den Verpackungsinhalt des Wandlichts, bevor Sie das Wandlicht
in Betrieb nehmen. Sollte etwas fehlen oder beschädigt sein, wenden Sie

Batterien einlegen
Das Wandlicht funktioniert nur mit
korrekt eingelegten Batterien (Typ
Mignonzelle (AA), im Lieferum-nicht
fang enthalten).
1. Ă–ffnen Sie das Batteriefach auf
der RĂĽckseite des Wandlichts.
2. Legen Sie drei geeignete Batterien
in das Batteriefach ein. Achten Sie
darauf, die Batterien in der richti-
gen Ausrichtung einzulegen.
3. SchlieĂźen Sie das Batteriefach auf
der RĂĽckseite des Wandlichts.
Entnehmen Sie die Batterien aus dem Wandlicht, wenn Sie das Wandlicht
längere Zeit nicht verwenden.
Fernbedienung
Die Fernbedienung des Wandlichts funktioniert nur mit korrekt eingelegten
Batterien (Typ Microzelle (AAA), im Lieferumfang enthalten).nicht
1. Ă–ffnen Sie das Batteriefach auf der RĂĽckseite der Fernbedienung.
2. Legen Sie zwei geeignete Batterien in das Batteriefach ein. Achten Sie
darauf, die Batterien in der richtigen Ausrichtung einzulegen.
3. SchlieĂźen Sie das Batteriefach auf der RĂĽckseite der Fernbedienung.
Entnehmen Sie die Batterien aus der Fernbedienung, wenn Sie das Wandlicht
längere Zeit nicht verwenden.
Wandlicht aufstellen und verwenden
Verwenden Sie die Aufnahme fĂĽr die Wandhalterung auf der RĂĽckseite, um
das Wandlicht beispielsweise an einem Nagel aufzuhängen.
Stellen bzw. hängen Sie das Wandlicht so auf, dass das Licht den Aufstellort
gut ausleuchtet.
1. Stellen Sie den Schalter fĂĽr den Betriebsmodus auf . ON
Schalten Sie das Wandlicht aus, wenn Sie das Wandlicht längere Zeit nicht
verwenden.
2. Stellen Sie den Schalter fĂĽr den Betriebsmodus auf .OFF
Fernbedienung verwenden
Verwenden Sie die Fernbedienung, um das Wandlicht ein- und auszuschal-
ten. Beachten Sie die Reichweite der Fernbedienung von höchstens 5 m.
1. Stellen Sie den Schalter fĂĽr den Betriebsmodus auf .RE
2. DrĂĽcken Sie die Taste auf der Fernbedienung. Das Wandlicht wird ein-
bzw. ausgeschaltet.
Entsorgung
Wollen Sie Ihr Gerät entsorgen, bringen Sie es zur Sammelstelle
Ihres kommunalen Entsorgungsträgers (z. B. Wertstoffhof). Nach
dem Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz sind Besitzer von
Altgeräten gesetzlich verpichtet, alte Elektro- und Elektronikge-
räte einer getrennten Abfallerfassung zuzuführen. Das Symbol
bedeutet, dass Sie das Gerät auf keinen Fall in den Hausmüll werfen dürfen!

Intended Use
GThe wall light lights up the immediate area evenly by
means of sixteen bright LEDs. A condition for complying
with the intended use is that the equipment is installed
correctly and the information in this operating instruction
manual is observed and maintained.
Any other use is considered unintended use. Unauthorised modiîšżcations or
reconstructions are not permitted and could cause damage to the wall light.
Only use the wall light indoors.

waterproof so keep it dry. Only use the wall light indoors.
important! Do not paint over the infrared sensors of the wall
light or the remote control.

Inserting the Batteries
The wall light only works when the bat-
teries have been inserted correctly (AA

1. Open the battery compartment on
the rear side of the wall light.
2. Insert three appropriate batteries
in the battery compartment. Pay
attention that the batteries are
inserted the right way around.
3. Close the battery compartment on
the rear side of the wall light.
Remove the batteries from the wall light if the wall light will not be used for a
longer period.
Remote control
The remote control for the wall light only works properly when batteries
of the correct type have been inserted (AAA cell, part of the package not
contents).
1. Open the battery compartment on the rear side of the remote control.
2. Insert two appropriate batteries in the battery compartment. Pay attention
that the batteries are inserted the right way around.
3. Close the battery compartment on the rear side of the remote control.
Remove the batteries from the remote control if the wall light will not be used
for a longer period.
Positioning and Using the Wall Light
Use the recess on the rear mounting bracket to hang the wall light on a nail
for example.
Position the wall light or hang it up in such a way that the light illuminates
the required area.
1. Set the Operating Mode switch to . ON
Switch the wall light o id you do not want to use it.
2. Set the Operating Mode switch to .OFF
Using the remote control
You can use the remote control to switch the wall light on and o. The
remote control has a maximum range of 5 m.
1. Set the Operating Mode switch to .RE
2. Press the button on the remote control. The wall light is switched on or
o.
Disposal
In order to dispose of your device, take it to a collection point
provided by your local public waste authorities (e.g. recycling
centre). According to laws on the disposal of electronic and
electrical devices, owners are obliged to dispose of old electronic
and electrical devices in a separate waste container. The symbol
indicates that the device must not be disposed of in normal domestic waste!
Risks to health and the environment from batteries! Remove the batteries
from the equipment before disposing of the device. Never open, damage or
swallow batteries or allow them to pollute the environment. They may
contain toxic, ecologically hazardous heavy metals. You are legally obliged
to dispose of batteries at shops which sell batteries or at collection points
provided by the public waste authorities. Disposal is free of charge. The
symbols indicate that the batteries must not be disposed of in normal

Pose des piles
L’applique murale fonctionne unique-
ment si les piles cellules Mignon AA
sont insérées correctement ; elles ne
sont pas fournies avec l’applique.
1. Ouvrez le compartiment Ă  piles
situé au dos de l’applique.
2. Insérez trois piles appropriées
dans leur compartiment. Assu-
rez-vous de la polarité exacte.
3. Fermez le compartiment.
Retirez les piles de l’applique si vous
ne l’utilisez pas pendant une période
prolongée.
Télécommande
La télécommande de l’applique murale fonctionne uniquement si les piles
microcellules AAA sont insérées correctement ; elles fournies ne sont pas
avec l’applique.
1. Ouvrez le compartiment à piles situé au dos de la télécommande.
2. Insérez deux piles appropriées dans leur compartiment. Assurez-vous de
la polarité exacte.
3. Fermez le compartiment.
Retirez les piles de la télécommande si vous ne l’utilisez pas pendant une
période prolongée.
Poser et utiliser l’applique murale
Utilisez l’encoche située au dos pour une xation murale, par exemple pour
suspendre l’applique à un clou.
Posez ou suspendez l’applique de telle sorte qu’elle éclaire bien le lieu de
montage.
1. Positionnez l’interrupteur de modes de fonctionnement sur . ON
Éteignez l’applique si vous ne l’utilisez pas pendant une période prolongée.
2. Positionnez l’interrupteur de modes de fonctionnement sur .OFF
Utiliser la télécommande
Utilisez la télécommande pour allumer et éteindre l’applique. Notez que la
portée de la télécommande est de 5 m max.
1. Positionnez l’interrupteur de modes de fonctionnement sur .RE
2. Appuyez sur la touche de la télécommande. L’applique murale s’éteint
ou s’allume.
Élimination
Si vous ne voulez plus vous servir de votre
appareil, veuillez l’apporter au centre de collecte
de l’organisme d’élimination des déchets de votre
commune (par ex. centre de recyclage). D’après la
loi relative aux appareils Ă©lectriques et Ă©lectro-
niques, les propriétaires d’appareils usagés sont tenus d’apporter tous les
anciens appareils électriques et électroniques dans un collecteur séparé.
L’icône ci-contre signie que vous ne devez en aucun cas jeter votre
appareil dans les ordures ménagères ! Mise en danger de l’homme et
pollution de l’environnement causées par les piles ! Retirez les piles de
l’appareil avant de l’éliminer. Ne jamais ouvrir, endommager, avaler les piles
ou ne jamais faire pénétrer leur contenu dans l’environnement. Elles
peuvent contenir des métaux lourds toxiques et nuisibles pour celui-ci. Vous
êtes tenu par la loi d’éliminer les piles en les déposant chez un revendeur
ou en les déposant dans les collecteurs correspondants de l’organisme
d’élimination des déchets local. L’élimination des piles est gratuite. Les
symboles signiîšżent que vous ne devez en aucun cas jeter les piles et piles
rechargeables dans les ordures ménagères, mais que vous devez les
apporter Ă  un centre de collecte.
Éliminez les matériaux d’emballage conformément aux réglemen-
tations locales.
Conseils d’entretien
Nettoyez la surface du boîtier avec un chion doux et non pelucheux. N’utili-
sez pas de produits d’entretien ni de solvants.
