ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

NOTE: Please consult a qualified electrician if you are not certain of installation or servicing.

CAUTION:Before starting installation or servicing, disconnect power by turning off the circuit breaker or

by removing the fuse at the fuse box.

1.Carefully unpack the fixture, lay out all parts on a clean surface.

2.Fasten the Cross Bar to Outlet Box using the provided Outlet Box Screws.

3.Connect wires white to white and black to black. Cover connections with provided Wire Connectors. Tie

ground wires from Outlet Box and from fixture to the Ground Screw on the Cross Bar.

4.Place fixture body against wall by aligning the protruding Mounting Screws all the way through Wall Plate

and tighten the Lock Nuts to the Mounting Screws until the fixture body is held firmly against the wall.

5.Unscrew the Socket Ring from the Socket. Place the Shade over the Socket and reattach the Socket Ring to

the Socket to secure the Shade.

6.Install the Bulb. (Not included).

7.Turn on power.
