Digital Personal Scale

Introduction

e digital personal scale is designed to accurately indicate body

weight and fat. is scale works on the principle of Bio-electrical Im-

pedance Analysis (BIA). By measuring the electrical resistance and

the nal calculation of the constant values (age, height, sex, activity

level) it is possible to determine the percentage of body fat, body

water and muscle percentage in the body.

e scale is able to facilitate 10 persons.

In order to ensure accurate results users should enter the following

personal parameters:

- Gender

- Height

- Age

• We recommend that you read this manual before using the scale.

• Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.

e scale operates with 3x 1.5 V AAA batteries (not included).

Install the batteries

1. Open the battery cover (on the underside of the scale) by relea-

sing the clip and liing the cover.

2. Insert the batteries.

)Be sure the polarity of the batteries is set properly.

3. Close the cover.

Select weighing mode

Switch the scale on (ON/OFF button).

Use the Weight units selection button (underside of scale) to select

the weight units (kg/lb/st).
