INSTALLATION INCORRECTE PEUT S’AVÉRER DANGEREUSE.

Note : Ceci est un dispositif amélioré de retenue pour enfants de type «i-Size». Il est homologué confor-

mément au Règlement n° 129 pour être utilisé sur les places assises compatibles avec les dispositifs de

retenue de type «i-Size» comme indiqué par le constructeur dans le manuel d’utilisation du véhicule.

En cas de doute, consulter le fabricant ou le revendeur du dispositif amélioré de retenue pour enfants.

Les éléments rigides et les pièces en matière plastique du dispositif de retenue doivent être placés de

telle sorte qu’ils ne risquent pas, dans des conditions normales d’utilisation du véhicule, d’être coincés

sous un siège mobile ou dans une portière.

Ce système amélioré de retenue pour enfants i-Size peut être utilisé :

• DOS À LA ROUTE : Enfant de 40cm à 105cm, avec un poids ≤18kg.

• FACE À LA ROUTE : Enfant de plus de 15 mois, de 76 cm à 105 cm, avec un poids ≤ 18 kg.

IMPORTANT !

NE PAS UTILISER FACE À L’AVANT AVANT :

• L’ÂGE DE 15 MOIS (voir les instructions).

• QUE LA TAILLE DE L’ENFANT DÉPASSE 76 cm.

Assurez-vous que la jambe de force est toujours en contact avec le plancher du véhicule. Si des compar-

timents de stockage sont intégrés dans le plancher de la voiture, vous devez contacter le constructeur

du véhicule.

Veillez à ce que les sangles retenant l’enfant soient correctement réglées à sa taille et que ces sangles

ne soient pas vrillées.

Il est recommandé de remplacer ce dispositif de retenue si il a été soumis à des eorts violents dans un

accident ou si il montre des signes d’usure.

Veillez à ce que les sangles sous-abdominales soient portées aussi bas que possible, pour bien maintenir

le bassin de l’enfant.

Il est dangereux de modiﬁer ou de compléter le dispositif en quoi que ce soit sans l’agrément de l’autorité

compétente, ou à ne pas suivre scrupuleusement les instructions concernant l’installation fournies pas le

fabricant du dispositif de retenue pour enfants.

La température à l’intérieur d’un véhicule peut être très élevée, notamment après une longue exposition

au soleil. Il est fortement recommandé de couvrir le siège auto lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé aﬁn que les pièces,

en particulier les boucles, ne chauent pas et ne brûlent pas l’enfant.

Ne laissez jamais votre enfant sans surveillance dans le dispositif de retenue.

Veillez à ce que les bagages et autres objets susceptibles de causer des blessures à l’occupant du siège

en casde choc soient solidement arrimés.

Ne pas remplacer la housse du siège par une autre housse que celle recommandée par le constructeur,

car elle intervient directement dans le comportement du dispositif de retenue.

Conservez la notice d’instructions dans l’emplacement prévu à cet eet sur le siège auto pour consulta-

tions futures.

Reportez-vous également au manuel du constructeur du véhicule en cas de doute.

RANGEMENT DE LA NOTICE D’UTILISATION

Conservez toujours cette notice avec le siège auto pour une consultations ultérieures, un compartiment

de rangement a été prévu à cet eet sur le siège .(voir la liste des composants)

CONSEILS D’ENTRETIEN

Toutes les parties textiles sont déhoussables. En cas de tâches légères, nettoyez à l’aide d’une éponge

humide avec de l’eau savonneuse, ou lavez à la main à 30° dans de l’eau savonneuse. Ne pas utiliser de

javel, ne pas repasser, ne pas laver en machine, ne pas mettre dans un sèche linge.

La croix sur l’appareil indique que les piles en ﬁn de vie doivent être recyclées conformément à la

réglementation en vigueur.

THESE INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLATION. FITTING THE SEAT INCORRECTLY CAN

PUT YOUR CHILD AT RISK.

Note : this is an i-Size Enhanced Child Restraint System. It is approved according to UN Regulation No. 129/03, for use in,

i-Size compatible vehicle seating positions as indicated by vehicle manufacturers in the vehicle users’ manual.

If in doubt, consult either the Enhanced Child Restraint System manufacturer or the retailer.

Rigid items and plastic parts of this Enhanced Child Restraint System shall be so located and installed that they are not liable,

during everyday use of the vehicle, to become trapped by a movable seat or in a door of the vehicle;

WHEN USE IN REARWARD FACING CONFIGURATION, DO NOT INSTALL THIS CAR SEAT IN A VEHICLE SEAT WHERE

THERE IS AN ACTIVE FRONTAL AIRBAG INSTALLED.

This i-Size Enhanced Child Restraint System can be used:

• REARWARD FACING : Child from 40cm to 105cm, with a weight ≤18kg.

• FORWARD FACING : Child older than 15 months, from 76 cm to 105 cm, with a weight ≤18kg.

IMPORTANT !

DO NOT USE FORWARD FACING BEFORE :

• THE CHILD’S AGE EXCEEDS 15 months (Refer to instructions).

• THE CHILD’S STATURE EXCEEDS 76 cm.

Make sure the support-leg is incontact with the ﬂoor of the vehicle. If there are storage compartments in the ﬂoor of the vehi-

cle you must contact the vehicle manufacturer.

Make sure all the harness is well adjusted to the child’s body and that the webbings are not twisted.

You should replace this car seat if it is severely impacted during an accident or if it shows wear and tear.

Make sure the harness buckle is ﬁtted as low as possible to keep the lap section safely across the child’s pelvis.

Under no circumstances should the car seat be altered in any way or should parts be added to it.

Direct exposure to the sun increases the temperature inside the vehicle. You should therefore cover the car seat when it is

empty so that the parts, especially the buckles, do not heat up and burn the child.

Never leave your child in the seat unsupervised.

Luggage and all other heavy or sharp objects in the vehicle must be securely held down. Objects that are not fastened can

injure the child if an accident occurs.

Never use the car seat without its cover or use any other cover than that

recommended by the manufacturer. The cover constitutes an integral part of the restraint performance.

Keep the current instruction leaﬂet in storage location of the car seat for future reference purposes.

Also refer to the vehicle manufacturer’s handbook if any doubt.

STORAGE OF THE INSTRUCTIONS

Always keep the instructions for future reference; there is a storage compartment speciﬁcally provided on the car seat (see

components list).

CLEANING

All the material can be removed. For light stains, clean with a wet sponge and soapy water or hand wash at 30°C in soapy

water. Do not use bleach, do not iron, do not machine wash, do not dry in a tumble-dryer.

The cross symbol on the device indicates that the batteries, at the end of their life, must be disposed of in accor-

dance with the regulations in force.

DEZE HANDLEIDING DIENT AANDACHTIG GELEZEN TE WORDEN VOORDAT U MET DE INSTALLATIE START. EEN ON-

JUISTE INSTALLATIE KAN GEVAARLIJK ZIJN.

LET OP: Dit is een “i-Size” verbeterd kinderzitsysteem. Het is goedgekeurd op grond van reglement nr. 129/03 voor gebruik

in voertuigen voorzien van i-Size-compatibele zitplaatsen zoals aangegeven door voertuigproducenten in de gebruikershan-

dleiding bij hun voertuigen.

Raadpleeg in geval van twijfels de producent van het kinderbevestigingssysteem of de verkoper.

Stijve elementen en plastic onderdelen van het kinderzitje moeten zo zijn geplaatst en geïnstalleerd dat ze bij normaal ge-

bruik van het voertuig niet onder een beweegbare stoel of in de deur van het voertuig klem kunnen komen te zitten.

GEBRUIK DIT BABYAUTOSTOELTJE NIET TEGEN DE RIJRICHTING IN OP EEN BIJRIJDERSSTOEL MET EEN AIRBAG.

SCHAKEL DE FRONTALE AIRBAG UIT BIJ GEBRUIK OP DE BIJRIJDERSSTOEL!

Dit i-Size uitgevoerde autostoeltje wordt als volgt gebruikt:

• ACHTERWAARTS KIJKEND: Kind met lengte van 40cm tot 105cm, met een gewicht ≤18kg.

• VOORWAARTS KIJKEND : Kind ouder dan 15 maanden, van 76 cm tot 105 cm, met een gewicht ≤18kg.

IMPORTANT!

GEBRUIK NIET VOORWAARTS KIJKEND VOORDAT:

• HET KIND OUDER IS DAN 15 maanden (raadpleeg de instructies).

• HET KIND LANGER IS DAN 76 cm.

De steunpoot moet altijd direct contact maken met de bodem van de auto. Als er opbergvakken in de bodem van het voertuig

zijn, dient u contact op te nemen met de autofabrikant.

Zorg ervoor dat het tuigje goed op het lichaam van het kind is afgesteld en dat de gordels niet gedraaid zijn.

U moet dit autostoeltje vervangen als het tijdens een ongeval ernstig is beschadigd of als het slijtage vertoont.

Zorg ervoor dat het slot van het tuigje zo laag mogelijk zit zodat de gordels van het heupgedeelte veilig over het bekken van

het kind geleid worden.

In geen geval mag de autostoel op enigerlei wijze worden gewijzigd of mogen er onderdelen aan worden toegevoegd.

Directe blootstelling aan de zon verhoogt de temperatuur in het voertuig. Daarom moet u de autostoel afdekken als het leeg

is, zodat de onderdelen, vooral de gespen, niet warm worden en het kind zich niet kan verbranden.

Laat kinderen niet alleen achter wanneer ze in het kinderzitje zitten.

Bagage en alle andere zware of scherpe voorwerpen in het voertuig moeten stevig worden vastgezet. Voorwerpen die niet

vastzitten, kunnen het kind verwonden in geval van een ongeluk.

Gebruik het kinderzitje niet zonder de hoes. Vervang de hoes van het zitje alleen door een hoes die door de fabrikant aan-

bevolen is, want die hoes heeft een onmiddellijk eect op de werking van het zitje.

Bewaar de huidige gebruiksaanwijzing in het opbergvak van het autostoeltje voor toekomstige naslagdoeleinden.

Raadpleeg ook de handleiding van de autofabrikant in geval van twijfel.

Bewaar deze handleiding in het daarvoor bestemde vakje op de achterzijde van het zitje.

ONDERHOUDSINSTRUCTIES

Alle textieldelen kunnen verwijderd worden. Bij lichte vlekken met een vochtige spons met wat zeepwater schoonmaken, of

op de hand wassen in een zeepsopje op 30°. Geen bleekwater gebruiken, niet strijken, niet in de wasmachine wassen, geen

droger gebruiken.

Het kruisje op het apparaat geeft aan dat de batterijen aan het einde van hun levensduur volgens de geldende

voorschriften moeten worden weggegooid.
