ATTENTION

MONSTER® KATANA 50 is a high definition TV antenna

that receives HDTV, SDTV, RCA’S DTTV and analog TV

signals. KATANA 50 is designed to receive crystal clear

picture, and is easy to install and use.

Please read this manual thoroughly before use.

FEATURES:

• Innovative, flat, razor-thin antenna design.

• High gain and low error rate increases quality of reception and

eliminates pauses and mosaic errors.

• Multi-directional design pulls in signals from all directions.

• Receives both digital and analog TV channels.

Remove all parts from box and mount antenna on desired surface (wall, window, etc.) as pictured below:

Option A: Connect antenna cable and

USB to commutator, then connect

commutator coaxial and USB cable

directly to the TV:

Option B: Connect antenna cable and

USB to commutator, then connect

commutator to coaxial output to STB

(Set-Top Box), and connect USB cable to

the TV:

Note: USB cable will only work when

connected to TV. Do not connect USB to

STB.

1. KATANA 50 HD Antenna is intended for indoor use only.

2. The location of the antenna is important to maximize signal strength. Antenna should be kept as far as possible from sources of

electrical disturbance such as air conditioners, laundry machines, microwaves, etc.

3. Mounting the antenna in a window results in the best performance. Incoming signals will be degraded by objects in the home or

oce. Ensure the antenna is not blocked by aluminum or metallic screening, as this will degrade incoming signals.

4. Mount the antenna in a horizontal postion.

5. Antenna may be cleaned with so cloth and mild or diluted soap and water.
