Vago FAQ:

Q) The Vago does not power up.

A) Ensure a power supply or battery bank is connected to

the unit.

Q) When the Vago is on the bag does not get smaller.

A) Check that the bag is properly closed before starting the

vacuum process.

Q) How many clothes can user put into the VAGO vacuum

bags?

A) As shown in the video, you can put the following stas

into the VAGO vacuum bags: T-shirts *4 Sweaters *4 Pants  

*2  Underwear*6  Socks *3 (This list is only reference and

may be dierent according to the size of clothes you put in)

Q) Can I re-use the vacuum bags?

A) Yes. We use strong and high quality materials for our

vacuum bags. We didn’t inspect any obvious damages on

our bags during our test.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Merlin Products are covered by a limited one-year

warranty policy. If the product suers from a

manufacturing defect, the customer will receive a

replacement if claimed within 15 days of the purchase

date. Otherwise, the product will be inspected for

possible repair options. The product will either be

repaired and returned free of charge, or replaced. All

repair services past the one-year warranty period will

be charged for any repairs that need to be made.

If the client is located outside the UAE, or is otherwise

unable to personally deliver the defective product to

our service center or retail outlets, he/she may send it

via post at his/her own cost. The repaired/replaced

product will then be returned to the client via courier

mail at Merlin’s cost, as long as the warranty period is

still active.

Important: This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER

normal wear and tear, accidents, damage during

transit, misuse, abuse or neglect. Attempting to

disassemble the unit will render the warranty null and

void.

The Vago works on a vacuum based system and removes

unnecessary air from your cloths. By doing this it will compact all

the clothing’s size.

How to use:

- For maximum eciency please fold your clothing before

starting.

- Pack your clothes in the bag provided.

- Close the bag making sure the zip seal is properly closed.

- Next screw the Vago in to the suction port.

- The Vago can be powered by a standard micro-USB cable.

Either a charger or a battery bank can be used to supply the

power.

- Once everything is connected please press the start button

on the side. The light will change color from green to orange.

This indicates the unit is starting the suction.

- Wait for a few minutes while the Vago is busy saving you

space.

- The unit has smart sensor that will automatically detect

when the bag has been reduced to the maximum potential.

At this point the unit will stop automatically and the light will

change to green.

- Your vacuumed luggage can now be packed away.

Maintenance:

1) Retain these instructions for future use.

2) Clean the product with a damp cloth and mild soap.

3) Do not expose this product to rain or moisture.

4) Be careful not to turn or twist the cables used in this product

too much as it can lead to malfunction and failure.

5) This product is not designed to be submerged in water and

will malfunction if this occurs.

6) This product has no user serviceable items inside. Do not

open this product as the user risk injury and would void the

warranty.
