Q) The adapter isn’t working.

A) Ensure that you’ve connected the adapter to a socket that

matches the adapter’s power rating (6A max; 100-240 VAC;

50/60 Hz; 660W max at 110 VAC; 1380W max at 230 VAC)

Q) The Europlug doesn’t pop out.

A) Press the slider in all the way until the plug pops out.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Merlin Products are covered by a limited one-year warranty

policy. If the product suffers from a manufacturing defect, the

customer will receive a replacement if claimed within 15 days

of the purchase date. Otherwise, the product will be inspected

for possible repair options. The product will either be repaired

and returned free of charge, or replaced. All repair services past

the one-year warranty period will be charged for any repairs

that need to be made.

If the client is located outside the UAE, or is otherwise unable to

personally deliver the defective product to our service center or

retail outlets, he/she may send it via post at his/her own cost.

The repaired/replaced product will then be returned to the client

via courier mail at Merlin’s cost, as long as the warranty period

is still active.

Important: This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER normal wear

and tear, accidents, damage during transit, misuse, abuse or

neglect. Attempting to disassemble the unit will render the

warranty null and void.

Instructions

1) To use the UK plug, press and move the slider to the left, and

pull the earth pin up. To store, fold the earth pin down and

press and move the slider to the middle.

2) To use the USA plug, press and move the slider to the right,

and align the pins straight.

3) To use the Australia/China plug, press and move the slider to

the right, and position the pins inward.

4) To use the Europlug, press the slider in until the plug pops

out. Pull the plug up until it clicks securely in place. To store,

fold the plug down until it clicks securely in place

Maintenance

1) The adapter does not convert voltage.

2) Do not use the adapter with appliances requiring earth

connection.
