Mul-Camera Setup & Tips

The Marshall CV-RCP-V2 uses Sony VISCA (RS485) commands sent over 3-pin XLR (copper) cable with exibility to run

300+ meters (1,000’) to each camera locaon. This length can be extended much longer when converng to ber using

common media converters that support RS485 control commands. Some ber media converters support RS485

command (only) and some support both RS485 command & 3G/HD-SDI video over one ber cable. It really depends on

the specic project setup requirements which one to use.
