Note: The recommended HDMI cables
to be used in this setup are HDMI 2.0,
with a max. length of 5 m (16.4 ft.).
1 Connect HDMI cable (not included)
from your source to the . HDMI IN
Turn on the connected source.
2 Connect HDMI cables (not included) from
your display(s) to HDMI OUTs 1, 2 or both.
Turn on the connected display(s).
3 Connect USB cable (included) from the
unit to a 5 V / 1 A USB power source
(not included) and power outlet.
4 Scaler Button (see Downscaling Examples
image): press to turn downscaling on/off.
a – On: Simultaneously output the 4K input signal
to a 4K TV on OUT1 and downscale the 4K signal
to 1080p for a 1080p TV on OUT2 (EDID settings
for HDR, audio format, Deep Color, etc. will be
the lower version that both displays support).
b – Off: Copy the EDID (the information about
a display’s capabilities [including HDR,
audio format, Deep Color, etc.]) from OUT1
to OUT2. If a 4K TV is connected to OUT1,
OUT2 can downscale to 1080p but use the
same EDID; if a 1080p TV is connected OR
to OUT1, OUT2 resolution will be 1080p).

2 Schließen Sie HDMI-Kabel (nicht im Lieferumfang
enthalten) von Ihren Bildschirmen an die HDMI-

3 Schließen Sie das USB-Kabel (im Lieferumfang
enthalten) des Geräts an eine 5 V / 1 A
USB-Stromquelle (nicht im Lieferumfang
enthalten) und an eine Steckdose an.
4 Scaler-Taste (siehe Abbildung “Downscaling
Examples”): Drücken Sie diese Taste, um das
Herunterskalieren ein-/auszuschalten.
a – Ein: Gleichzeitige Ausgabe des 4K-Eingangssignals
an ein 4K-Fernsehgerät an OUT1 und
Herunterskalieren des 4K-Signals auf 1080p
für ein 1080p-Fernsehgerät an OUT2 (die
EDID-Einstellungen für HDR, Audioformat,
Deep Color usw. entsprechen der niedrigsten
Version, die beide Bildschirme unterstützen).

1 Conecte el cable HDMI (no está incluido) de la fuente a

4 Botón dimensionador (consulte la imagen
“Downscaling Examples”): presione para encender/
apagar la reducción de dimensiones.
a – Encendido: emite simultáneamente la señal
de entrada 4K a un televisor 4K por la salida 1
(OUT1) y reduce las dimensiones de la señal
4K a 1080p para un televisor de 1080p por la
salida 2 (OUT2) (la configuración de EDID para
HDR, el formato de audio, el color profundo,
etc. estarán en la versión más baja con las
que ambas pantallas sean compatibles).
b – Apagado: copia los EDID (los datos acerca de las
funciones de la pantalla, que incluyen HDR, formato
de audio, color profundo, etc.) de la salida 1 (OUT1)
hacia la 2 (OUT2). Si se conecta un televisor 4K a la
salida 1 (OUT1), la salida 2 (OUT2), puede reducir
las dimensiones a 1080p, pero usar los mismos
EDID; si se conecta un televisor de 1080p a la O
