Consignes de sécurité concernant les piles

électriques

DANGER DE MORT ! Les piles électriques risquent d’être avalées ce

qui constitue un danger de mort. Si une pile électrique a été avalée, il faut

immédiatement consulter un médecin.

• Retirer les piles électriques de l’appareil si celui-ci n’est pas utilisé durant

une période prolongée.

ATTENTION ! RISQUE D’EXPLOSION ! Ne jamais recharger les piles

électriques !

• Nettoyer les contacts sur la pile et sur l’appareil avant de poser les piles,

si besoin.

• Retirer les piles électriques de l’appareil aussitôt qu’elles sont épuisées. Elles

risquent sinon de couler !

• Garder les piles hors de portée des enfants, ne pas les jeter dans le feu, ne

pas les court-circuiter, ne pas les ouvrir.

• En cas de non-respect de ces consignes, les piles peuvent se décharger

au-delà de leur tension terminale. Dans ce cas, elles risquent de couler. Si

les piles ont coulé dans votre appareil, elles doivent immédiatement en être

retirées aﬁn de prévenir tout dommage de l’appareil !

• Eviter le contact avec la peau, les yeux et les muqueuses. En cas de contact

avec l’acide de la pile électrique, rincer la région concernée abondam-

Mise en service

Dévissez le couvercle [2] à l’extrémité de la torche pour en sortir la cage de

piles [3]; posez les trois piles [5] dans la cage. Posez les piles en respectant la

polarité. Glissez dans le compartiment [6] la cage de piles dans le sens de la

ﬂèche [4]. Revissez le couvercle sur le compartiment de piles de la torche. Le

couvercle est muni d’un bouton-poussoir [1] permettant d’allumer et d’éteindre

la torche.

Nettoyage et entretien

Nettoyer le produit uniquement avec un chiffon sec et non pelucheux.

Protection de l’environnement / Consignes

pour jeter la lampe lorsqu’elle est usagée

Déposer la lampe dans un point de collecte pour appareils

électriques usagés. Ne pas jeter les piles / accus avec les

ordures ménagères ! Rapporter les piles / accus et/ou l’appa-

reil aux centres de collecte qui vous sont proposés. Le point

de vente ne se charge pas de l’élimination des appareils hors

d’usage.

Garantie

Ce produit est garanti pièces et main d‘œuvre durant 3 ans à compter de sa

date d‘achat contre tout défaut de fabrication ou de matière. Cette garantie ne

s‘étend pas aux produits qui sont utilisés de façon incorrecte, modiﬁés, négli-

gés (usure normale comprise), endommagés lors d‘accidents ou exposés à des

conditions de fonctionnement et d‘utilisation anormales. Lors de toute réclama-

tion sous garantie, envoyer le produit à Mellert SLT en joignant une brève des-

cription du problème et le justiﬁcatif d‘achat. Sans justiﬁcatif de garantie, toute

réparation effectuée sera facturée.

Indépendamment de la garantie commerciale souscrite, le vendeur reste tenu

des défauts de conformité du bien et des vices rédhibitoires dans les conditions

prévues aux articles L211-4 à L211-13 du Code de la consommation et aux

articles 1641 à 1648 et 2232 du Code Civil.

Les pièces détachées indispensables à l’utilisation du produit sont disponibles

pendant la durée de la garantie du produit.

Article L211-4 du Code de la consommation

Le vendeur est tenu de livrer un bien conforme au contrat et répond des défauts

de conformité existant lors de la délivrance.

Il répond également des défauts de conformité résultant de l‘emballage, des ins-

tructions de montage ou de l‘installation lorsque celle-ci a été mise à sa charge

par le contrat ou a été réalisée sous sa responsabilité.

Article L211-5 du Code de la consommation

Pour être conforme au contrat, le bien doit :

1° Etre propre à l‘usage habituellement attendu d‘un bien semblable et, le cas

échéant :

• correspondre à la description donnée par le vendeur et posséder les qualités

que celui-ci a présentées à l‘acheteur sous forme d‘échantillon ou de modèle ;

• présenter les qualités qu‘un acheteur peut légitimement attendre eu égard

aux déclarations publiques faites par le vendeur, par le producteur ou par

son rerésentant, notamment dans la publicité ou l‘étiquetage ;

2° Ou présenter les caractéristiques déﬁnies d‘un commun accord par les parties

ou être propre à tout usage spécial recherché par l‘acheteur, porté à la con

naissance du vendeur et que ce dernier a accepté.

Article L211-12 du Code de la consommation

L‘action résultant du défaut de conformité se prescrit par deux ans à compter de

la délivrance du bien.

Article 1641 du Code civil

Le vendeur est tenu de la garantie à raison des défauts cachés de la chose

vendue qui la rendent impropre à l‘usage auquel on la destine, ou qui diminuent

tellement cet usage que l‘acheteur ne l‘aurait pas acquise, ou n‘en aurait donné

qu‘un moindre prix, s‘il les avait connus.

Article 1648 1er alinéa du Code civil

L‘action résultant des vices rédhibitoires doit être intentée par l‘acquéreur dans

un délai de deux ans à compter de la découverte du vice.

Le produit est recyclabe, soumis à une responsablité élargie du pro-

ducteur et collecté séparément.

product. Ze bevat belangrijke aanwijzingen voor de veiligheid, het gebruik en

de afvalverwijdering. Maak u vertrouwd met alle bedienings- en veiligheidsin-

structies, voordat u het product gaat gebruiken. Gebruik het product uitsluitend

zoals beschreven en voor de aangegeven doeleinden. Het product is alleen

Veiligheids- en waarschuwingsinstructies

LED: Niet direct in het licht kijken of de lamp op de ogen van andere

mensen richten. Dit kan leiden tot vermindering van het gezichtsvermogen.

Product uitschakelen als het niet in gebruik is. Product niet in water of andere

vloeistoffen dompelen. Houd kinderen steeds verwijderd van het product, de

batterijen en de verpakking. Het product is geen speelgoed. Voor persoonlijke

of materiële schade die door een ondeskundige omgang of het niet in acht ne-

men van deze bedieningshandleiding is ontstaan, zijn wij niet aansprakelijk! In

zulke gevallen komt elke garantie-aanspraak te vervallen.

Veiligheidsinstructies voor batterijen

LEVENSGEVAAR! Batterijen kunnen ingeslikt worden, wat levensgevaar-

lijk kan zijn. Als een batterij ingeslikt werd, moet onmiddellijk de hulp van

een arts ingeroepen worden.

• Als de batterijen gedurende een langere tijd niet gebruikt zijn, verwijder ze

dan uit het apparaat.

LET OP! EXPLOSIEGEVAAR! Batterijen nooit weer opladen!

• Reinig zo nodig de contacten van de batterijen en het apparaat, voordat

u de batterijen aanbrengt.

• Verwijder lege batterijen onmiddellijk uit het apparaat. Er bestaat verhoogd

gevaar dat de batterijen uitlopen!

• Batterijen verwijderd van kinderen houden, niet in het vuur gooien, niet kort-

sluiten en niet uit elkaar halen.

• Indien deze instructies niet in acht worden genomen, kunnen de batterijen

verder worden ontladen dan hun eindspanning. Er bestaat dan gevaar dat

de batterijen uitlopen. Als de batterijen in uw apparaat uitgelopen zijn,

haal ze dan onmiddellijk eruit, om schade aan het apparaat te voorkomen!

• Vermijd contact met huid, haren en slijmvliezen. Bij contact met batterijzuur

de betreffende plek met overvloedig water afspoelen en / of een arts

raadplegen!

• Vervang alle batterijen steeds gelijktijdig en maak hiervoor uisluitend ge-

Ingebruikneming

Schroef de einddop [2] van de lamp los, haal het batterijcompartiment [3] uit de

lamp en leg de drie batterijen [5] in het compartiment. Let op de juiste polariteit

van de batterijen. Leg het batterijcompartiment zodanig in de behuizing [6] dat

de pijl [4] naar beneden wijst Plaats de einddop weer terug op de behuizing en

sluit de dop door eraan te draaien. Aan de einddop bevindt zich een drukscha-

kelaar [1], druk hierop om de lamp in- of uit te schakelen.

Reiniging en onderhoud

Het product uitsluitend met een droge, pluisvrije doek reinigen.

Milieubescherming / afvalverwijdering

Het product uitsluitend afgeven bij een verzamelplaats voor

elektrisch schroot. Batterijen resp. accu´s horen niet bij het ge-

wone huisvuil! Geef batterijen of accu´s en / of het apparaat

via de ofﬁciële inzamelvoorzieningen terug. Afvalverwijdering

van oude apparatuur gebeurt niet via de verkoopplaats.

Garantie

Het materiaal en de verwerking van dit product heeft een garantie van 3 jaar

vanaf de datum van aankoop. Deze garantie geldt niet voor producten die on-

vakkundig gebruikt, gewijzigd, verwaarloosd (incl. normale slijtage) door een

ongeval beschadigd of die aan abnormale gebruiksvoorwaarden blootgesteld

werden of waarmee onvakkundig omgegaan werd. In een garantiegeval dient

de lamp samen met het aankoopbewijs en een korte beschrijving van het gebrek

naar de ﬁrma Mellert SLT te worden gestuurd. Zonder een garantiebewijs wordt

de lamp uitsluitend gerepareerd op rekening.

Inbetriebnahme

Schrauben Sie die Endkappe [2] der Lampe ab, entnehmen Sie den Batteriekäﬁg

[3] und legen Sie in diesen die drei Batterien [5] ein. Achten Sie auf die Polarität

der Batterien. Legen Sie den Batteriekäﬁg mit der Pfeilrichtung [4] nach unten in

das Gehäuse [6] ein. Setzen Sie die Endkappe wieder auf das Gehäuse auf und

schließen Sie diese durch drehen derselbigen. An der Endkappe beﬁndet sich

ein Druckschalter [1], drücken Sie diesen um die Lampe ein- bzw. auszuschalten.

Reinigung und Pﬂege

Produkt nur mit einem trockenen, fusselfreien Tuch reinigen.

Umweltschutz / Entsorgungshinweis

Produkt nur an einer Sammelstelle für Elektroschrott abgeben.

Batterien bzw. Akkus gehören nicht in den Hausmüll! Batterien

bzw. Akkus und / oder das Gerät bitte über die angebotenen

Sammeleinrichtungen zurückgeben. Altgeräte-Entsorgung er-

folgt nicht über die Verkaufsstelle.

Garantie

Dieses Produkt hat eine Garantie von 3 Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum auf Verar-

beitung und Material. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Produkte, die un-

sachgemäß verwendet, verändert, vernachlässigt (inkl. normaler Abnutzung),

durch Unfälle beschädigt oder anormalen Betriebsbedingungen sowie einer

unsachgemäßen Handhabung ausgesetzt wurden. Im Gewährungsfall ist das

Gerät zusammen mit dem Kaufbeleg und einer kurzen Mängelbeschreibung an

Mellert SLT zu senden. Ohne Garantienachweis erfolgt Nachbesserung aus-

schließlich gegen Berechnung.

Sicherheitshinweise zu Batterien

LEBENSGEFAHR! Batterien können verschluckt werden, was lebens-

gefährlich sein kann. Ist eine Batterie verschluckt worden, muss sofort

medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch genommen werden.

• Entfernen Sie die Batterien, wenn sie längere Zeit nicht verwendet worden

sind, aus dem Gerät.

VORSICHT! EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR! Laden Sie Batterien niemals

wieder auf!

• Reinigen Sie Batterie- und Gerätekontakt vor dem Einlegen falls erforderlich.

• Entfernen Sie erschöpfte Batterien umgehend aus dem Gerät. Es besteht

erhöhte Auslaufgefahr!

• Halten Sie Batterien von Kindern fern, werfen Sie sie nicht ins Feuer, schlie-

ßen Sie sie nicht kurz und nehmen Sie sie nicht auseinander.

• Bei Nichtbeachtung der Hinweise können die Batterien über ihre

Endspannung hinaus entladen werden. Es besteht dann die Gefahr des

Auslaufens. Falls die Batterien in Ihrem Gerät ausgelaufen sein sollten,

entnehmen Sie diese sofort, um Schäden am Gerät vorzubeugen!

• Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Haut, Augen und Schleimhäuten. Bei Kon-

takt mit Batteriesäure spülen Sie die betroffene Stelle mit reichlich Wasser

ab und / oder suchen Sie einen Arzt auf!

• Wechseln Sie immer alle Batterien gleichzeitig aus und setzen Sie nur

Safety instructions for batteries

DANGER TO LIFE! Batteries can be swallowed which poses a danger

to life. If a battery has been swallowed, medical help must be sought

immediately.

• Remove the batteries from the device if they have not been used for a

longer period.

CAUTION! DANGER OF EXPLOSION! Never recharge the batteries!

• Prior to inserting the batteries, clean the battery contact and device con-

tact if necessary.

• Immediately remove exhausted batteries from the device. There is an

increased risk of leakage!

• Always keep batteries away from children, do not expose the batteries to

ﬁre, do not short-circuit the batteries, and do not disassemble them.

• If these instructions are not complied with, the batteries can be discharged

beyond the cut-off voltage. This poses a risk of leakage then. If the bat-

teries have leaked inside the device, remove them immediately to avoid

damage to the device!

• Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. When getting in

touch with battery acid rinse the affected area with plenty of water and/

or consult a doctor!

• Always replace all batteries at the same time and only insert batteries of

the same type.

Initial operation

Unscrew the end cap [2] of the ﬂashlight, remove the battery cage [3], and insert

the three batteries [5] into the cage. Ensure that the polarity of the batteries is cor-

rect. Insert the battery cage with the direction of the arrow [4] facing downwards

into the housing [6]. Put the end cap back on the top of the housing and close

it by turning. There is a push-button [1] on the end cap, press the push-button to

switch the ﬂashlight on or off.

Cleaning and care

Clean the product only with a dry lint-free cloth.

Environmental protection / disposal instruc-

tions

Hand in the product only at a collection point for electrical re-

fuse. Batteries do not belong in household waste! Please hand

in batteries and/or the appliance via available collection facili-

ties. The disposal of old equipment does not take place via the

sales outlet.

Guarantee

This product is covered by a three-year warranty for time and materials from the

date of purchase and a six-months warranty for wear parts and consumables in

the case of normal and proper use (e.g. batteries). This guarantee does not apply

to products which are used incorrectly, modiﬁed, neglected (including normal

wear), damaged by accident or abnormal operating conditions, or are handled

incorrectly. For a claim under guarantee, the appliance together with proof of

purchase and a brief description of the fault are to be sent to Mellert SLT. If there

is no proof of guarantee, repairs will be carried out only against payment.

• Zabraňte dětem v přístupu k bateriím, nedávejte baterie do ohně, nezkra-

tujte je a ani je nerozebírejte.

• Při nerespektování těchto pokynů může dojít k vybití baterií na napětí nižší

než koncové napětí. Pak hrozí nebezpečí jejich vytečení. Pokud by baterie

v přístroji vytekly, okamžitě je vyjměte, abyste předešli poškození přístroje!

Uvedení do provozu

Odšroubujte koncovou krytku [2] svítilny, vyjměte pouzdro baterií [3] a vložte do

něj tři baterie [5]. Dbejte přitom na jejich polaritu. Pouzdro baterií vložte ve směru

šipky [4] do tělesa [6]. Opět nasaďte koncovou krytku na těleso a otáčením ji

uzavřete. Na koncové krytce se nachází tlačítko [1], jehož stisknutím se svítilna

zapíná popř. vypíná.

Čištění a péče

Čistěte výrobek pouze suchou utěrkou, která nepouští vlákna.

Ochrana životního prostředí / pokyny pro

likvidaci

Odevzdejte výrobek pouze na sběrném místě pro elektrický

odpad. Baterie popř. akumulátory nepatří do domovního od-

padu! Odevzdejte baterie popř. akumulátory a/nebo přístroj

prostřednictvím příslušných sběren. Likvidace starých přístrojů

neprobíhá prostřednictvím prodejních míst.

Záruka

Tento výrobek má záruku na zpracování a materiál v délce 3 let. Tato záruka se

nevztahuje na výrobky, které byly nesprávně použity, změněny, zanedbány (vč.

normálního opotřebení), poškozeny nehodou nebo abnormálními provozními

podmínkami nebo byly vystaveny nesprávné manipulaci. V záručním případě

pošlete přístroj společně s dokladem o koupi a krátkým popisem závady na

ﬁrmu Mellert SLT. Bez záručního dokladu bude oprava provedena výhradně

za úhradu.

Puesta en servicio

Desenrosque el capuchón [2] de la linterna, retire el contenedor de baterías

[3] e inserte las tres baterías [5] en el mismo. Preste atención a la polaridad de

las baterías. Inserte el contenedor de baterías con la ﬂecha [4] hacia abajo en

la carcasa [6]. Vuelva a colocar el capuchón en la carcasa y enrósquelo para

cerrarla. En el capuchón se encuentra un interruptor de presión [1] que se debe

accionar para encender y apagar la linterna.

Limpieza y cuidado

Limpie el producto solamente con un paño seco y libre de hilachas.

Protección del medio ambiente / indicacio-

nes para la eliminación

Deposite el producto solamente en un punto de recogida para

chatarra electrónica. ¡Las baterías o acumuladores no forman

parte de la basura doméstica! Por favor devolver las baterías o

acumuladores y/o el aparato en las instalaciones de recolec-

ción previstas. El desecho de aparatos obsoletos no se realiza

a través del punto de venta.

Garantía

Este producto disfruta de una garantía de 3 años a partir de la fecha de compra,

con relación a la mano de obra y los materiales. Esta garantía no cubre pro-

ductos que fueran utilizados en forma no recomendada, modiﬁcados, dejados

desatendidos (incl. el desgaste normal), dañados por causa de accidentes o ex-

puestos a condiciones operativas anormales, así como a un manejo inadecua-

do. En caso de autorización se debe enviar el aparato a Mellert SLT junto con el

comprobante de compra y una breve descripción de la falla. Sin comprobación

de la garantía la reparación se efectúa exclusivamente contra factura.

minación. Antes de utilizar el producto, familiarícese con todas las indicaciones

para el manejo y la seguridad. Utilice el producto únicamente conforme a la

descripción y para los campos de aplicación indicados. El producto solo está

destinado al uso particular; no es adecuado para la utilización industrial. En

caso de ceder el producto a terceros, entregue también toda la documentación.

Indicaciones de seguridad y de advertencia

si no se está utilizando. No sumergir el producto en agua o en otros líquidos.

Mantener constantemente a los niños lejos del producto, de las baterías y del

embalaje. El producto no es ningún juguete. ¡No nos responsabilizamos en

caso de daños personales o a la propiedad que se produzcan a causa del ma-

nejo inadecuado o inobservancia de estas instrucciones para funcionamiento!

En tales casos expira cualquier reclamación sobre garantía.

Indicaciones de seguridad para pilas

¡PELIGRO DE MUERTE! Es posible tragar las pilas, lo cual puede tener

consecuencias mortales. En caso de ingestión de una pila se deberá acu-

dir inmediatamente al médico.

• Retire las pilas del aparato si no se han utilizado durante un tiempo pro-

longado.

¡PRECAUCIÓN! ¡PELIGRO DE EXPLOSIÓN! ¡No recargue nunca las

pilas!

• Si es necesario, limpie los contactos de las pilas y del aparato antes de

insertarlas.

• Retire las pilas agotadas inmediatamente del aparato. ¡Existe un elevado

riesgo de fugas!

• Mantenga las pilas fuera del alcance de los niños, no las tire al fuego, no

las conecte en cortocircuito y no las abra.

• Si no se observan estas indicaciones, las pilas se pueden descargar más

allá de su tensión ﬁnal. Entonces existe el riesgo de fugas. ¡Si una pila se

hubiera derramado en el interior de su aparato, retírela inmediatamente

para evitar daños en el mismo!

• Evite el contacto con la piel, los ojos y las mucosas. ¡En caso de contacto

con el ácido de las pilas, lave la zona afectada con abundante agua y/o

acuda a un médico!

• Cambie siempre todas las pilas a la vez y utilice únicamente pilas del mismo tipo.

uso e de segurança. Utilize o produto somente conforme descrito nas Instruções

e apenas para os ﬁns indicados. O produto destina-se exclusivamente ao uso

no domínio privado e não a uma utilização para ﬁns comerciais/ proﬁssionais.

Em caso de venda ou entrega a terceiros, entregue por favor também toda a

documentação do produto.

Avisos de segurança para pilhas

PERIGO DE MORTE! Pilhas podem ser engolidas, o que pode ter con-

sequências fatais. Em caso de ter engolido uma pilha deve ser solicitado

de imediato assistência médica.

• Remova as pilhas do aparelho quando não foram utilizadas durante um

período mais longo de tempo.

CUIDADO! PERIGO DE EXPLOSÃO! Nunca tente carregar as pilhas!

• Se for necessário, limpe os contatos de pilhas e aparelho.

• Remova pilhas gastas imediatamente do aparelho. Existe maior perigo de

derrame!

• Mantenha as pilhas afastadas das crianças, não as atire ao lume, não as

ligue em curto-circuito e não as desmonte.

• Em caso de não observância dos avisos, as pilhas podem ﬁcar descarre-

gadas para além da sua tensão ﬁnal. Nestes casos existe então o perigo

de derrame. Se houve derrame de pilhas no seu aparelho, remova as

pilhas de imediato para prevenir a daniﬁcação do aparelho!

• Evite o contato com a pele, olhos e mucosas. Em caso de contato com o

ácido das pilhas deve lavar a parte afetada com abundante água e/ ou

consultar um médico!

• Substitua sempre todas as pilhas ao mesmo tempo e utilize apenas pilhas

do mesmo tipo.

Pôr em funcionamento

Desatarraxe a tampa [2] da lanterna, remova o suporte das pilhas [3] e insira

neste as três pilhas [5]. Preste atenção à polaridade correta das pilhas. Colo-

que o suporte das pilhas em sentido da seta [4] na carcaça [6]. Volte a colocar

a tampa na carcaça e feche-a rodando em sentido dos ponteiros do relógio.

Na tampa encontra-se um botão de pressão [1] que deve premir para ligar ou

desligar a lanterna.

Limpeza e conservação

Limpar o produto somente com um pano seco que não solta cotão.

Aviso de protecção ambiental/eliminação

de resíduos

Depositar o produto somente num ponto de recolha de resí-

duos eléctricos. Não deite pilhas/ baterias ao lixo doméstico!

Leve por favor as pilhas/ baterias gastas e/ ou o aparelho

aos pontos de recolha de lixo habilitados. O ponto de venda

não trata da eliminação do seu aparelho velho.

Garantia

Garantimos a qualidade do produto durante um prazo de 3 anos a partir da

data da compra. A garantia cobre defeitos de fabrico e de material. Produtos

que ﬁcaram daniﬁcados por causa de um uso incorrecto, que foram tratados

sem cuidado, incluindo o seu desgaste normal, ou que foram alterados, dani-

ﬁcados por acidente ou sujeitos a condições operacionais não normais ou,

ainda, que foram manuseados de forma errada, não ﬁcam cobertos pela ga-

rantia. Para accionar a garantia, o aparelho deve ser enviado juntamente com

o comprovativo de compra e uma sucinta descrição do defeito ao cuidado da

Mellert SLT. Em caso de não poder comprovar o direito à garantia, a repara-

ção será efectuada unicamente contra pagamento. Conforme DL 67/2003, o

prazo de garantia começa de novo com a troca do aparelho.
