1. Attach rubber feet to the bottom frame .(H) (B)
Insert bolts into bottom of frame. Attach nuts and tighten.
See Figure 1.
2. Turn frame (B) (J) over and attach U-bushing (metal side facing out) to frame using two
U-bushing bolts and nuts. Hand tighten only.(R) (S)
3. Spool Assembly: Insert brass swivel thru U-bushing and screw into galvanized tee on the (L) (J)
spool . Tighten using a wrench. . overtighten, this could damage the (A) See Figure 3 DO NOT
threads. Be sure to use Teflon / Plumbers’s tape on threads.
4. Turn spool (A) around and slide plastic
spacer washer , spring and another (O) (I)
plastic spacer washer over the pipe.(O)
