Introduction

The LD Systems DAVE 8 Roadie complete PA system with its powerful 350-watt (RMS) power ampliﬁer delivers

astounding performance for mobile applications. The system is equipped with a high-performance 8" band-pass

subwoofer (150 W RMS) and two satellite speakers (4" + 1", 100 W) and was designed as a ﬂexible mini PA

system especially for musicians.

The DAVE 8 Roadie features 3 different inputs which can be used simultaneously: One channel has a combo

connector (XLR/jack) for dynamic microphones. One channel offers dual RCA inputs for computers and a combo

connector (XLR/jack) for mixers or keyboards. Finally, the third channel has a 3.5 mm stereo jack connector and

a 6.3 mm mono jack connector for MP3 players and guitars – with a selector switch for activating the desired in-

put. The built-in Class A / B power ampliﬁcation module in the subwoofer powers both the subwoofer and the satellites.
