Precautions

Setting the beat and rhythm

1. Press the MODE buon to display the Beat or Rhythm seing

screens.

2. Use the jog switch to set the beat and rhythm.

Beat: Select a beat from (0 beat) to (9 beat).

Rhythm:

Select a rhythm paern from (Quarter Notes), (Du-

plets), (Triplets : , , , ,), or (Quadruplets : ).

TIP The seing will be remembered, even if you turn o the device.

However, the seings will return to the defaults ( for Tempo,

for Beat, for Rhythm, and for Volume) after the

baery are replaced.

Inserting the battery

When inserting or replacing the baery, turn o the device’s power.

Make sure to observe the correct polarity.

Turning on the power

1. To turn on the power, hold down the Power buon until the dis-

play lights.

2. To turn o the power, hold down the Power buon until the display

goes dark.

The display will blink if the baery has worn down.When this happens,

replace the baery as soon as possible.

Using this device

Press the MODE button to switch between the setting screens for

Tempo ( ), Beat ( ), Rhythm ( ), and Volume ( ) in that

order.

Setting the tempo

1. Press the MODE buon to display the Tempo seing screen, and use

the jog switch to set the tempo from

= 30 to 252 (BPM). Slide and

hold the jog switch to make the tempo change in increments of 10.

TIP Set the tempo at around 70 bpm (for men) and 60 bpm (for women).

Start out by practicing your golf swings at this tempo.

Setting the volume

1. Press the MODE buon to display the Volume seing screen, and

use the jog switch to set the volume to (Volume: Low) or

(Volume: High).

If the device seems too loud, fasten it to your ear at a position slightly away

from the earhole.

To protect your hearing, avoid using this device for long periods of time.

semble pour travailler à votre rythme.

Avant d’utiliser la fonction métronome, réglez le nombre de baements

et la division du temps.

Réglage du nombre de battements et de division du temps

1. Appuyez sur le bouton MODE pour acher l’écran de réglage du

nombre de baements ou de la division du temps.

2. Réglez le nombre de baements et la division du temps avec le

commutateur-molee.

Nombre de baements: Choisissez un réglage entre “ ” (0 baement)

et “ ” (9 baements).

Division du temps: Choisissez un réglage entre “ ” (noire), “ ”

(duolet), “ ” (triolet : ” (quartolet : , , ) et “ ,

,).

TIP Ce réglage est mémorisé à la mise hors tension du métronome.

Toutefois, quand vous remplacez la pile, les réglages retrouvent

leurs valeurs par défaut (tempo=“ ”, nombre de baements=“

”, division du temps=“ ” et volume=“ ”).

Mise en place de la pile

Veillez à toujours mere le métronome hors tension avant de remplacer la pile.

Veillez à respecter la polarité lors de la mise en place de la pile.

1. Pour mere le métronome sous tension, maintenez son interrupteur

Utilisation du métronome

Appuyez sur le bouton MODE pour choisir alternativement et dans cet

Réglage du tempo

1. Appuyez sur le bouton MODE pour acher l’écran de réglage de

tempo. Réglez le tempo avec le commutateur-molee sur une valeur

entre 30 et 252 (BPM). Glissez le commutateur-molee et maintenez-

le dans cee position pour changer le tempo par pas de 10.

TIP Choisissez un tempo d’environ 70 bpm (pour un homme) ou 60 bpm

(pour une femme). Utilisez ce tempo comme base de départ pour

travailler votre swing.

Réglage du volume

1. Appuyez sur le bouton MODE pour acher l’écran de réglage de

volume. Réglez le volume avec le commutateur-molee en choisis-

sant “ ” (bas volume) ou “ ” (volume élevé).

Si le volume vous semble trop élevé, décalez légèrement le métronome du

centre de votre conduit auditif.

Pour éviter tout dommage de l’ouïe, n’utilisez pas ce métronome de façon prolongée.

Taktart und Rhythmus einstellen:

Batterie einlegen

Achten Sie darauf, vor dem Einlegen oder Wechseln der Baerien das Gerät

auszuschalten.

Achten Sie auf die korrekte Polung.

Gerät einschalten

1. Halten Sie zum Einschalten die Neschalter gedrückt, bis das

Display aueuchtet.

2. Halten Sie zum Ausschalten die Neschalter gedrückt, bis das

Display erlischt.

Das Display blinkt bei erschöpften Baerien. Erseen Sie in diesem Fall

die Baerien schnellstmöglich.

Gerät verwenden

Drücken Sie die MODE-Taste, um wie folgt zwischen den Anzeigen für

Tempo ( ), Taktart ( ), Rhythmus ( ), und Lautstärke ( )

umzuschalten.

Tempo einstellen

1. Drücken Sie die MODE-Taste, um die Tempoanzeige aufzurufen

und regeln Sie das Tempo mit dem Jog-Schalter auf Werte zwischen

=30 bis 252 min (BPM). Halten Sie den Jog-Schalter geschoben, um

das Tempo in Zehnerschrien zu ändern.

TIP Wählen Sie ein Tempo im Bereich von etwa 70 BPM (Männer) und

60 BPM (Frauen). Üben Sie nun Ihre Golfschläge mit diesem Tempo.

Lautstärke einstellen

1. Drücken Sie die MODE-Taste, um die Lautstärkeanzeige aufzuru-

fen und regeln Sie die Lautstärke mit dem Jog-Schalter auf

„Volume: Low“ oder „Volume: High“.

Die Gerätelautstärke ist relativ hoch eingestellt, damit es beim Üben mit

Musikinstrumenten verwendet werden kann. Falls Ihnen die Lautstärke zu

hoch erscheint, bringen Sie das Gerät so an, dass der Lautsprecher nicht direkt
