Limited Warranty – Window A/CThrough the Wall A/C, , Portable A/C and Dehumidifier
(United States Only)
Scope and Applicability
This Limited Warranty applies only to Window A/C, Through the Wall A/C, Portable A/C and
Dehumidifier installed within the United States. The warrantor is Almo and, where relevant,
Corporation (""), acting solely in its capacity as the manufacturer of the covered Company
products. Company did not sell the products directly to the end customer; sales are made
by independent distributors or dealers.
This warranty is provided to the original enduse purchaser and applies only to products first -
installed in the United States.
Coverage Summary
Company provides a limited, partsonly warranty for eligible products. -
One (1) Year Limited Warranty – Parts
Replacement parts, at no charge, to correct defects in materials or workmanship in the
original indoor or outdoor unit components.
One (1) Year Limited Warranty – Compressor (Part Only)
One replacement compressor part, at no charge, if the original compressor is determined by
Company to be defective in materials or workmanship.
This warranty covers parts only. Any labor and all service

related costs are expressly
excluded.
Eligibility Requirements
This warranty applies only if all of the following conditions are met:
•The claimant is the original end-use purchaser and can provide proof of purchase
from an authorized distributor or dealer.
•The product serial number and model number remain legible and have not been
altered, removed, or defaced.
•The product has been installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the
applicable product instructions and user manual.
•The product has not been moved from its original installation location (where
installation is relevant).
•The product has not been subjected to unauthorized repair, modification, or
alteration.
Warranty Claim Process
•All warranty claims and technical support requests must be initiated through the
authorized distributor or dealer from whom the product was purchased.
•Proof of purchase, installation documentation, and product identification may be
required.
Company’s obligations under this warranty are limited solely to supplying qualifying
replacement parts.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
•Labor or service costs, including diagnosing, removing, installing, andreinstalling.
•Normal or routine maintenance, including filter cleaning or replacement and
lubrication.
•Third-party parts not supplied or approved by Almo Corporation
•Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized
modification, incorrect servicing, or operation outside intended use.
•Electrical issues including improper voltage, power supply issues, blown fuses, open
circuit breakers, or interruptions in electrical service.
•Damage caused by environmental or external conditions, including floods, wind, fire,
lightning, corrosionand/or rust.
•Shipping or transportation damage.
•Costs related to refrigerant, including replacement, refilling, recovery, or disposal.
•Products sold, installed, or used outside of the United States.
•Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, whether commercial or
residential.
Legal Limitations
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM OF THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
The express warranties set forth herein are exclusive and may not be altered, expanded, or
extended by any distributor, dealer, installer, or other person.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion
of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may
not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights that vary by state.
