while cooking or during warm up or cool down.

etc. should keep well away from the BBQ when it
is operating.
ï‚· Do not leave food unattended on the BBQ.
ï‚· In case of fat fire, turn gas cylinder off.
ï‚· Particular care must be taken when removing oil
cup or drip tray. Hot oil can cause serious injury.

after use.
ï‚· Never leave burners on high for more than 10
minutes unless actually cooking. If the burner
makes hissing sound when lit, it may be
burning inside. Turn burner off, allow it to
cool and try again.
ï‚· Do not allow build up of unburned gas.
ï‚· Oil cup needs to be cleaned regularly to
prevent excessive fat or grease build up that
might contribute to a fire.
