また、いつでもすぐに読めるように、この取扱説明書を保管してください。
注意
本取扱説明書は、L121 についての説明書です。本製品を MO/MOR-3000, MO-6000
シリーズに取り付けて使用される際は、事前に MO/MOR-3000, MO-6000 シリーズの
取扱説明書の「安全についての注意事項」を読み、十分理解の上でご使用ください。なお、
L121 を強調するため、MO/MOR-3000, MO-6000 シリーズのイラストは簡略化されて
います。従って、安全装置のイラストも一部省略しております。

CAUTION :
This Instruction Manual is intended for the L121. Read and fully understand the
instructions given under “IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS” in the Instruction
Manual the MO/MOR-3000, MO-6000 series before putting the machine into service when
this device is installed to the MO/MOR-3000, MO-6000 series.
In addition, to emphasize the L121, some illustrations of the MO/MOR-3000, MO-6000
series are simplied. Also, illustrations of the safety devices are partially omitted.

2. 装置の取り付け / INSTALLATION
裾引き装置 をフレーム( ボス部 )の溝に合わせて、取付土台止めねじ で締め付けます。( 図ー 1)❶ ❷
（注意） 取付土台止めねじ❷は、2 種類あります。MO-3300 用はメートルねじ (M4 のメッキねじ )、
その他の機種はミシンねじ (11/64 インチ山 40 黒色ねじ ) です。
Install bottom hemming device ❶ to the machine, with screw ❷, while tting it in the frame (boss). (Fig. 1)
(Note) There are two kind of screw ❷ : Metric Thread (metal plating M4 screw) for MO-3300 series
and Sewing Machine Thread (11/64 inch, screw thread 40 black screw) for other models.

Adjust the bottom hemming base
裾引き台の左右位置は固定ねじを緩めて
微調節ねじで調整してください。
方向に回すと右へ移動し、方向に回
すと左へ移動します。( 図ー 4)
Loosen the fixing screw and adjust the
lateral position of the bottom hemming
base using the ne adjustment screw.
Turn the ne adjustment screw in direction
A, and the bottom hemming base will be
moved to the right.
Turn the screw in direction B, and the
bottom hemming base will be moved to the
left.

ADJUSTMENT
Position of the bottom hemming base
裾引き台を、止めねじ (2 個 )により、
針板と平行になるよう調整してくださ
い。( 図ー 2)
Adjust the bottom hemming base using
two screws so that the bottom hemming
base is in parallel to the throat plate. (Fig. 2)
Position of the upper knife and bottom
hemming base
上メスを下げたとき、上メスと裾引き台
のすき間が 1 〜 1.5 mm となるよう調
整してください。( 図ー 3)
Adjust so that, when the upper knife is
lowered, a clearance of 1 to 1.5 mm is
provided between the upper knife and the
bottom hemming base. (Fig. 3)
