1. Make sure the digital angle locator is turned off.
2. Remove the battery compartment cover
by rotating the cover counterclockwise.
(See diagram)
3. Install the new battery with positive (+)
side facing up.
4. Replace the battery cover.
Note: Always remove the battery before storing the instrument.

Assurez-vous que le localisateur d'angle numérique est éteint.
2. Retirez le couvercle du compartiment de
la pile en le tournant dans le sens
antihoraire (voire figure).
3. Insérez la nouvelle pile en orientant le
pôle positif (+) vers le haut.
4. Remettez le couvercle en place.
Remarque : Retirez toujours la pile avant de ranger l'appareil.

Instalación de la batería
1. Asegúrese de que el instrumento está apagado.
2. Retire la cubierta del compartimiento de
la batería girando la cubierta en dirección
contraria a las agujas del reloj (figura).

5. Using the Product
On/Off Button
1. Push the on/off button once to turn the unit on.
2. Set the unit on a flat surface and press the zero button to
calibrate the unit.
3. After approximately 5 minutes of no movement or button
push, the unit will shut off. To restart the unit, push the on/off
button once.
4. Set the unit on the desired object to be measured.
5. To turn off the unit, push the on/off button again.

7. Care and Handling
• Avoid exposing unit to shock vibrations and extreme
temperatures.
• Before moving or transporting the unit, make sure that the
unit is turned off.
• Remove the battery when storing the unit for an
extended time (more than three months) to avoid damage
to the unit should the battery deteriorate.
• Always store the unit in its case when not in use.
• Avoid getting the unit wet.
• Keep the unit dry and clean. Remove any moisture or dirt
with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, strong detergents or
cleaning solvents to clean the unit.

5. Utilisation de l'appareil
Touche marche/arrêt (On/Off)
1. Appuyez une fois sur la touche marche/arrêt pour mettre
l'appareil en marche.
2. Posez l'appareil sur une surface plane, puis appuyez sur la
touche de remise à zéro afin de calibrer l'appareil.
3. L'appareil s'éteindra s'il demeure immobile ou si aucune

7. Entretien et manipulation

5. Utilización del producto
Botón de encendido/apagado
1. Presione el botón de encendido/apagado una vez para
