Tools Needed

•Phillips screwdriver

•Drill

•2.5mm (

in.) drill bit

•38mm (1.50in.) hole saw

•Marine sealant (optional)

Connection Considerations

You can connect the R5 remote control to a compatible stereo through an existing NMEA 2000

network.

A remote control connected to a NMEA 2000 network receives power through a power cable connected to the

backbone and a power source.

The R5 controls all zones on a connected stereo and cannot be assigned to a single zone. The R5 supports zone

ratios on compatible stereos that support this feature.
