GSF3 & GSF6 Landscape Speakers

CAUTION: Installation must be done by qualified persons using safe

installation standards.

The installer is responsible for properselection and use of mounting hardware

and processes to install the speakersin a safe manner.

Wire Connection

•CABLE--The GSF speakers have a captive 1-meter long cable for bare-wire connection via an external installer-provided

weather-proofjunction box.

oPolarity -- The red wire is + (positive) and the black wire is – (negative).

oWire Gauge –The wire gauge is 18 AWG (1 mm

2

).

oWire Jacket –The wire jacket is 5 mm (+0/-05.mm) in diameter.

oConnecting --Use proper professional wire nuts or other safe connectorsthat are appropriate for the installation

conditions and that are sized properly for wire gauge(s) and number of wires to be connected togetherin the

connector.

oRouting –When using the ground-stake or L-bracket base, the cable can be routed through the base.
