SHOWER SHELF INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE PRIOR TO THIS READ THESE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY INSTALLING SHOWER SHELF

IMPORTANT: THIS PERSONNEL PRODUCT SHOULD ONLY BE INSTALLED BY QUALIFIED AND TRAINED

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS COULD LEAD TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THE ,SHOWER SHELF

STRUCTURAL AND/OR WATER DAMAGE TO THE WALL AND IN-WALL SUPPORT STRUCTURES, AND/OR SERIOUS BODILY INJURY

IN USE. IN ADDITION, ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL BE NULL & VOID DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THIS

TO ASSURE THIS PROPER AND SAFE INSTALLATION ,SHOWER SHELFMUSTWOOD BE INSTALLED INTO A MINIMUM 2” THICK SOLIDIN-

WALL BACKING MATERIAL. BACKING MAKE CERTAIN IN-WALL COMPLIES WITH ALL LOCAL BUILDING CODEREQUIREMENTS.

STEP #1 LOCATING

•Remove Shower Shelf from package.

•Locate the area with 2" solid wood in-wallbacking on the desired mounting surface.

•Place the shelf in position on the wall. Usinga level (not provided) ensure the shelf is leveland pencil-mark the location of the

mountingholes on the wall.

•Using a pencil or suitable marker, it is you mark the center ofeach of the five (5) mounting holesextremely important

preciselyon the mounting surface.

Hardware Provided:(44Flat) #1 x 2” Phillips Head

Screws, (1) #10 x 2-1/2" Phillips Pan Head Screw

Tools required: Marking pencil/pen, level, power drill,

3/32p” carbide drill bit,#2 hillips 3/16" carbide tip drill bitP

driver, silicone.

Shelf mounting surface and inside each of the pre-drilled holes

to ensure a water-tight seal will be created at all mounting locations.

Secure the Shower Shelf to the wall using the indicated screws (included)

in Fig 2.3 and screw into the pre-drilled holes created in the solid

wood backing.

Proceed cauously through the following steps in this installaon process to avoid water drilling into in-wall supply lines.

All mounng points must fasten into structural wood backing, minimum 2” thickness. Avoid electrical and/or plumbing

behind the wall, and where possible drill through tile - not through grout.
