1. BELANGRIJKE
VEILIGHEIDSMAATREGELEN
Lees deze handleiding helemaal door
voordat u het toestel in gebruik neemt. Volg
ook nauwgezet de veiligheidsvoorschriften
wanneer u dit toestel gebruikt.

verwondingen te voorkomen:
• Gebruik dit toestel alleen volgens de
gebruiksvoorschriften in deze handleiding.
• Dit toestel mag niet gebruikt worden door
personen (onder wie ook kinderen) met
verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of
mentale capaciteiten, of door personen
zonder ervaring of kennis, tenzij onder
toezicht van of met vooraf gegeven
aanwijzingen betreffende het gebruik
van het toestel door een persoon die
verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid.
Let erop dat kinderen niet met het toestel
spelen.
• Gebruik geen hulpstukken die niet door
IMPULSION zijn aanbevolen of die niet met
het toestel zijn meegeleverd.
• Dit toestel is alleen bedoeld voor

• Als u pijn voelt terwijl u het toestel
gebruikt, stop dan onmiddellijk het gebruik
en raadpleeg uw arts.
• Gebruik dit toestel nooit op een deel van
het lichaam dat opgezwollen of ontstoken
is of wanneer u last heeft van huiduitslag.
• Steek het toestel niet met een plotse
beweging in de neusgaten of oren maar
breng het metalen uiteinde van de
haartrimmer voorzichtig in de neus- en
oorholtes.
• Gebruik het toestel niet wanneer een van
de onderdelen afwijkingen vertoont of
beschadigd is.
• Repareer de haartrimmer niet zelf maar
laat een beschadigd exemplaar altijd
controleren en repareren bij de leverancier
of de klantenservice.a
• Dit toestel is bedoeld om neus- en
oorharen te verwijderen. Elk ander
gebruik moet als niet correct en dus als
gevaarlijk worden beschouwd. IMPULSION
kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld
voor eventuele schade als gevolg van
inadequaat of onjuist gebruik.
• Gebruik de DUO SHAVER DS01 van
IMPULSION nooit in bad of onder de
douche.
• Zorg dat het luchtrooster van het toestel
lames soient parfaitement secs avant leur

encore de tout mauvais usage, accident,
fixation de tout accessoire non autorisé,
modification apportée au produit ou de
toute autre condition, de quelle que nature
que ce soit, Ă©chappant au contrĂ´le de
IMPULSION®.
IMPULSION® ne sera pas tenue pour
responsable de tout type de dommage
accessoire, consécutif ou spécial.
Toutes les garanties implicites d’aptitude du
produit sont limitées à une période de deux
années à compter de la date d’achat initiale
pour autant qu’une copie de la preuve
d’achat puisse être présentée.
Dès réception, IMPULSION® réparera ou

INLEIDING
Wij danken u voor de aankoop van uw DUO
SHAVER DS01 van IMPULSION.
Met de DUO SHAVER DS01 van IMPULSION
kunt u niet alleen uw neusharen maar ook
uw oorharen verwijderen.
Met deze praktische en hanteerbare
haartrimmer kunt u zich perfect scheren,
waar u zich ook bevindt.

• Leg de DUO SHAVER DS01 van IMPULSION
nooit op een zacht oppervlak zoals een bed
of fauteuil. Hierdoor kan het luchtrooster
verstopt raken en de werking van het
toestel worden aangetast.

3. INZETTEN / VERVANGEN VAN
BATTERIJEN
Haal de batterijklep (5) eraf door deze tegen
de wijzers van de klok in te draaien. Zet een
batterij (niet meegeleverd) van het type “AA”
in het scheerapparaat en let hierbij op de
batterijpolen. Sluit daarna het batterijvakje
met de batterijklep (5) door deze met de
wijzers van de klok mee te draaien.
Omdat wij de normen voor
milieubescherming in acht nemen,
bevelen wij aan de lege accu niet
met het huisvuil mee te geven,
maar in te leveren bij een geschikt
recycleercentrum.
4. GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
- Haal het beschermkapje van het
scheermesje af (1).
- Zet de schakelaar op de stand Aan (4).
Gebruik voor neus en oren
Breng het metalen gedeelte van de houder
(2) voorzichtig in de neus of in het oor in om
ongewenste haren te verwijderen.
5. REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
Belangrijk
Zorg ervoor dat de DUO SHAVER DS01
uit staat voordat u de scheermesjes
reinigt.
Dompel de DUO SHAVER DS01 niet helemaal
onder in water (fig. A). Alleen de set
scheermesjes en de kop kunt u met water
afspoelen.
Om de haren uit de DUO SHAVER DS01 te
verwijderen, haalt u de kop eraf (3) door deze
tegen de wijzers van de klok in te draaien en
haalt u de set scheermesjes eraf (2).
Reinig de twee onderdelen met het
hiervoor bedoelde reinigingsborsteltje
(6) of spoel ze met water af (fig.B).
Zorg ervoor dat de kop en de set
scheermesjes volledig droog zijn voordat u
ze er weer op monteert. Om ze te drogen,
gebruikt u een zachte doek.
Het is ook mogelijk om het hoofddeel van
het toestel met een zachte doek te reinigen.
Gebruik in geen geval oplosmiddelen of
agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen.
BEPERKTE GARANTIE
IMPULSION®garandeert dat dit product
geen onderdelen met gebreken en
fabricagefouten bevat voor een periode van
twee jaar vanaf de aankoopdatum, met
uitzondering van de onderstaande gevallen.
IMPULSION®dekt geen schade veroorzaakt
door een normale slijtage van dit product.
Deze garantie op een product van
IMPULSION® dekt geen schade, veroorzaakt
door een slecht of verkeerd gebruik van het
toestel, een ongeluk, het bevestigen van
niet-toegestane toebehoren, het aanpassen
van het product of om het even welke
andere omstandigheid, van welke aard ook,
waar IMPULSION® geen controle over heeft.
IMPULSION® kan niet aansprakelijk
worden gesteld voor gevolgschade, niet-
rechtstreekse schade of specifieke schade
van welke aard ook.
Alle garanties die impliciet te maken hebben
met de geschiktheid van het product
zijn beperkt tot een periode van twee
jaar, te rekenen vanaf de oorspronkelijke
aankoopdatum in zover een aankoopsbewijs
voorgelegd kan worden.
Na ontvangst zal IMPULSION® het toestel
herstellen of vervangen, naargelang
het geval, en zal het u nadien ook
terugsturen. De garantie wordt enkel
uitgeoefend via het IMPULSION® Service
Center. Elke onderhoudsactiviteit op dit
product die wordt toevertrouwd aan
elke andere persoon dan iemand van het
IMPULSION®Service Center annuleert deze
garantie.

DUO SHAVER DS01 by IMPULSION.
The DUO SHAVER DS01 by IMPULSION will
not only cut nose hair but also ear hair.
Easy and practical to use, this shaver gives a
perfect shave wherever you are.
1. IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES
Please read these instructions before using
the appliance. Please also follow these
instructions carefully while using the
appliance.
To prevent the risk of burns or injury:
• Only use this appliance for the purposes
described in this manual.
•
This appliance is not intended for use
by persons (including children) whose
physical, sensorial or mental capabilities are
impaired, or by persons lacking experience
or knowledge, unless they are supervised
or instructed in the use of the appliance
first by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
• Please do not use accessories which are not
recommended by IMPULSION or which are
not supplied with this appliance.
• This appliance is intended exclusively for
family use.
• If you feel any pain while using this
appliance, stop using it immediately and
consult your doctor.
• Never use this appliance on a part of the
body which is swollen or inflamed or if you
have any form of skin rash.
• Never thrust the device into your nostrils

• This shaver has been designed to cut
nose and ear hair. Any other use must be

liable for any damage due to improper or

Make sure that the head and the blades are
perfectly dry before reinstalling them. To dry
them, use a flexible cloth.
The body of the shaver can also be
cleaned using a flexible cloth. Under no
circumstances should you use solvents or
abrasive detergents.
LIMITED WARRANTY
IMPULSION® guarantees this product against
any material or manufacturing defect
for a period of two years from the date
of purchase, except in the circumstances
described below.
The IMPULSION® guarantee does not cover
damage caused as a result of normal wear
to this product. In addition, the guarantee
covering this IMPULSION® product does
not cover damage caused by abusive or
inappropriate or incorrect use, accidents,
the use of unauthorized accessories,
changes made to the product or any other
circumstance, of whatever sort, that is
outside IMPULSION®’s control.
IMPULSION® may not be held liable for any
type of circumstantial, indirect or specific
damage.
All implicit guarantees relating to the
suitability of the product are limited to a
period of two years from the initial date of
purchase as long as a copy of the proof of
purchase can be supplied.
On receipt, IMPULSION® will repair or
replace your appliance at its discretion and
will return it to you. The guarantee is only
valid through IMPULSION®’s Service Centre®.
Any attempt to maintain this product by
a person other than IMPULSION®’s Service
Centre will render this guarantee void.

poils du nez mais Ă©galement des oreilles.
Maniable et pratique, cette tondeuse vous
permettra de bénéficier d’un rasage parfait
quelque soit l’endroit où vous vous trouvez.
1. MESURES DE SECURITE
IMPORTANTES
Veuillez lire ces instructions avant d’utiliser
• Under no circumstances should the DUO
SHAVER DS01 by IMPULSION be used in the
bath or shower.
• Never block the shaver’s air vent while you
are using it.
• Never leave the DUO SHAVER DS01 by
IMPULSION on a soft surface such as a
bed or armchair. This could obstruct the
shaver’s air vent and prevent it from
operating properly.

3. INSERTION / REPLACEMENT OF
BATTERIES
Remove the battery cover (5) by turning
it anticlockwise. Insert a battery (not
supplied) of the «AA» type into the shaver
making sure you keep to the polarity. Close
the battery compartment with the lid (5),
turning it clockwise.
In accordance with environmental
protection standards, we recommend
that you do not dispose of rundown
batteries in household waste but take
them to an appropriate recycling centre.
4. HOW TO USE
- Remove the blade cover (1).
- Move the switch to the On position (4).
Use for nose and ears
Carefully insert the metal part of the
shaver (2) into the nose or ear to cut any
unsightly hair.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Important
Make sure the DUO SHAVER DS01 is
switched off before attempting to
clean the blades.
Avoid immersing the DUO SHAVER DS01
completely in water (fig. A). Only the blades
and head can be washed in water.
In order to empty cut hairs from the DUO
SHAVER DS01, remove the head (3) by
turning it anticlockwise and extract the
blades (2).
Clean both parts with the brush
provided for the purpose (6) or wash
them in water (fig. B).

3. INSERTION / REMPLACEMENT
DES PILES
Retirez le couvercle de pile (5) en tournant
ce dernier dans le sens contraire des
aiguilles d’une montre. Insérez une pile
(non fournie) de type “AA” dans le rasoir en
respectant les polarités. Refermez ensuite
le compartiment de pile avec le couvercle
(5) en le tournant dans le sens des aiguilles
d’une montre.
Dans le respect des normes de
protection ambiante, nous vous
recommandons de ne pas Ă©liminer
la batterie épuisée dans les déchets
domestiques mais de la livrer Ă un
centre de recyclage approprié.
4. MODE D’EMPLOI
- Retirez le cache protecteur de lame (1).
- Placez l’interrupteur en position Marche
(4).
Utilisation pour le nez et les oreilles
Insérez délicatement la partie métallique du
support (2) dans le nez ou dans l’oreille pour
couper les poils indésirables.
5. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Important
Assurez-vous que le DUO SHAVER
DS01 est éteint avant de procéder aux
opérations de nettoyage des lames.
Evitez d’immerger le DUO SHAVER DS01
complètement dans l’eau (fig. A). Seul le jeu
de lames et la tête sont lavables à l’eau.
Pour vider les poils coupés du DUO SHAVER
DS01, retirez la tĂŞte (3) en la tournant dans
le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre
et extrayez le jeu de lames (2).
Nettoyez les deux parties avec le
pinceau prévu à cet effet (6) ou lavez-
les à l’eau (fig.B).
Assurez-vous que la tĂŞte ou le jeu de
