IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS:
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Do not use the appliance on any metal table.
3. Do not use the appliance near devices that react sensitively
to magnets (e.g., radios, TVs, cassette recorders, etc.).
4. Keep curtains, furniture, flammable materials, etc., away
from the griller and the convenience outlet where the
appliance is plugged in.
5. Before using the griller, check if the voltage indicated
matches the convenience outlet (230Va.c.).
6. Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the
cord is damaged, it should be replaced with the same type
and size, or bring the appliance to the nearest Authorized
Service Center.
7. Do not use a two-way socket with another appliance.
8. Do not place the unit near a gas stove, electric burner,
heated oven, or any hot surface.
9. Do not touch the appliance or the power plug with wet
hands.
10. Do not allow the cord to touch the hot surface of the unit.
11. Do not place any metal kitchen utensils, knives, or other
metal objects on the appliance, as they may heat up when
the appliance is turned on.
12. Do not place any magnetic objects on the Panini plate while
the appliance is in use.
13. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the unit in
water or any other liquids.
14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
its use by a person responsible for their safety. Children
should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the
appliance.
15. Extreme caution must be taken when moving an appliance
containing hot oil or liquids.
16. Do not touch the Panini grill while cooking is in progress.
17. Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended
use.
18. The use of accessories or equipment not supplied by the
manufacturer may cause damage or malfunction of your
appliance, or result in injury.
19. CAUTION: Never leave the unit unattended while cooking.
20. The appliance is not intended for outdoor use.
21. For household use only; not intended for business purposes.
22. Save this instruction manual for future reference.
DESCRIPTION OF PARTS:
HOW TO USE
1. For the initial use, wipe the non-stick plate of the unit with a
damp cloth.
2. Unlock the unit by rotating the safety lock counterclockwise.
3. Plug the unit into a convenience outlet. The red light will turn
on, indicating that the power is on.
4. Attach the grilling plates to the unit, and place the drip tray
on the left side of the unit.
5. Preheat the unit by setting it to the SEAR function for about
5 minutes.
6. While the unit heats up, prepare your ingredients.
Note: The maximum thickness of ingredients should not
exceed 25mm.
7. Once the unit reaches the desired temperature, the green
light indicator will turn on, signaling that it’s ready to use.
8. After preheating, fully open the unit, lightly brush the plate
with oil or butter, then place the ingredients on the grilling
plate.
9. Set your desired temperature (Low, Medium, or Sear).
Note: For cooking steak, it’s recommended to use the SEAR
function to enhance the avor.
10. Once cooking is complete, remove the food from the grill.
11. Unplug the unit after each use.

- Lift the handle and open the grill plates to a full 180°
position.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the unit and let it cool down before cleaning.
2. Detach the grilling plates by pressing the arrow buttons
located at the front of the unit.
3. Wipe the body of the Panini grill with a damp cloth.
4. Avoid using abrasive materials to prevent scratching.
5. Never immerse the unit in water or any other liquid.
