Due to its low porosity, MÖCKLARP is a surface
that is highly resistant to common household
stains.
For cleaning MÖCKLARP, it is recommended to
use Q-Action
®
with a sponge or a sponge with
soft fibers.
If the above product (or similar) is not available,
use water and neutral soap.
Removing
stubborn stans
For stubborn stains which, due to the time they
have been there or their composition, do not
disappear with daily cleaning, it is recommended
to follow the table below, which details the
possible types of stain and the most suitable
cleaning products to remove them.

Resistance
to knocks
Although MÖCKLARP is an extremely resistant
surface, knocks should be avoided in areas
which are more exposed (corners, edges,
bevels, etc.).
Heat
Resistance
Recipients such as frying pans, saucepans,
casseroles or coffee makers can be placed
directly on the countertop surface after use.
Electrical appliances that give off the heat can
also be placed on the unprotected surface.
MÖCKLARP is designed to withstand the utensil
temperatures from domestic use.*
*For 8 mm, it is necessary to use MÖCKLARP
protection against hot objects.
Precautions
•Avoid direct contact with metal parts of
electric boilers, cooking countertops or
ovens that, with a incorrect installation,
get directly in contact with the material.
•Avoid very high temperature direct
radiations such as chimneys, barbecues,
etc.
•Avoid direct contact with flame.
•For polished MÖCKLARP, avoid prolonged
contact with industrial objects at very high
temperatures.
•Do not polish the surface.
•Avoid the use of sponges made from metal
or with abrasive particles.
•Avoid direct cutting on the surface with
ceramic knives as they are made from
material with similar hardness to the
countertop.
•For polished MÖCKLARP, avoid directly
cutting on the surface.
•Avoid dragging or hitting cooking utensils
or other objects against dark color polished
MÖCKLARP countertops.
•Avoid contact with hydrofluoric acid.
•Polished MÖCKLARP can be damaged by
cleaning agents containing acids, bases
or salts such as sodium sulphide.
•On textured surfaces, avoid friction with
objects of similar hardness to avoid
degradation of the surface (gloss, luster,
surface appearance, etc.).
