Justieren
Führen Sie folgende Schritte durch:
1. Poti auf größte Tastweite einstellen
2. Tastweite verringern, bis LED aufleuchtet (Hintergrund erkannt)
3. Objekt im Tastbereich plazieren (LED muß verlöschen)
Betrieb
Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät sicher funktioniert.
●Die LED leuchtet bei Lichtempfang (= Hintergrund erkannt).
●Die LED blinkt bei Verschlechterung des Empfangs (z. B. durch Ver-
schmutzung der Linsen oder durch Dejustage).
Wartung
Halten Sie die Linsen des Geräts von Verschmutzung frei.
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine Lösungsmittel oder Reiniger, die
die Kunststofflinsen beschädigen könnten.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Reflexlichttaster erfaßt berührungslos Gegenstände und Materialien
und meldet sie durch ein Schaltsignal. Er wertet dazu die Unterbre-
chung des vom Hintergrund reflektierten Lichtstrahls aus.
Tastweite (“range”) siehe Typaufkleber; Empfindlichkeit einstellbar.
Montage
Richten Sie den Reflexlichttaster so aus, daß er das vom Hintergrund
reflektierte Licht empfangen kann. Befestigen Sie ihn mit Hilfe einer
Montagehalterung.
Die zu erfassenden Objekte sollten sich quer zur Geräteoptik bewegen.
Bei anderen Bewegungsrichtungen sollte vorher getestet werden, ob
sichere Funktion gewährleistet ist.
Elektrischer Anschluß
Schalten Sie die Anlage spannungsfrei. Schließen Sie das Gerät
nach den Angaben auf dem Typenschild an.
Adernfarben: BN = braun, BU = blau, BK = schwarz, WH = weiß.

Réglage
Procéder comme suit:
1. Régler le potentiomètre à la portée maximum
2. Réduire la portée jusqu'à ce que la LED brille (arrière-plan détecté)
3. Poser l’objet dans la zone de détection (LED doit s’éteindre)
Fonctionnement
Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de la cellule.
●La LED brille en cas de réception de lumière (= arrière-plan détecté).
●La LED clignote si la réception se détériore (p.ex. salissures sur les
lentilles ou mauvais alignement).
Entretien
Les lentilles de la cellule doivent être dégagées de tout encrassement.
Pour le nettoyage ne pas utiliser de solvants ou de produits qui pour-
raient abîmer les lentilles en plastique.
Functions and features
The diffuse-reflection sensor detects objects and materials without
contact and indicates their presence by a switched signal. To do so, it
evaluates the interruption of the light beam reflected by the back-
ground.
Range: see type label; sensing range adjustable.
Installation
Set the diffuse-reflection sensor in such a way that it can receive the
light reflected by the background. Mount it by means of a mounting
bracket.
The object to be detected are the move transversally to the lens of the
unit. In case of other directions of movement it should be tested before
whether safe functioning is guaranteed.
Electrical connection
Disconnect power before connecting the sensor.
Connection strictly to the indications on the type label.
Core colours: BN = brown, BU = blue, BK = black, WH = white.
Fonctionnement et caractéristiques
Le système réflexion directe détecte des objets et matières sans contact
et indique leur présence par un signal de commutation. Ce système
exploite l’interruption du faisceau réfléchi par l’arrière-plan

Raccordement électrique
Mettre l’installation hors tension avant le raccordement de la
cellule optoélectronique.
Raccordement strictement selon les indications de l’étiquette.
Couleurs des fils: BN = brun, BU = bleu, BK = noir, WH = blanc.
Adjustment
Proceed as follows:
1. Set the potentiometer to the highest sensing range
2. Reduce the sensing range until the LED lights (background detected)
3. Place the object within the sensing range (LED must go off)
Operation
Check the safe functioning of the sensor.
●The LED lights if light is received ((= background detected).
●The LED flashes if reception deteriorates (e.g. by soiled lenses or by
maladjustment).
Maintenance
Keep the lens of the sensor free from soiling.
For cleaning do not use any solvents or cleaning agents which could
damage the plastic lenses.
