1 Mounting

Connect the connector to the device; the arrow

indicates the right position of the coding.

To ensure the indicated protection rating, the cou-

pling nut must be tightened by hand (M8: 0.3...0.5

Nm, M12: 0.6...1.5 Nm).

For removal loosen the coupling nut and at the

same time press the connector against the device.

For applications in harsh environments tighten the

coupling nut by turning it one notch further with a

key (width across flats 14) to increase shock and

vibration resistance.

For removal also use a key (width across flats 14).

2 Electrical connection

The unit must be connected by a qualified electrician.

3 Maintenance, repair and disposal

If used correctly, no maintenance and repair measures are necessary.

Only the manufacturer is allowed to repair the unit.

►After use dispose of the unit in an environmentally friendly way in accordance with the applicable

national regulations.
