Terms and Conditions:
• Covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not include product
replacement or refund.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Product must be installed as per guidelines with proper earthing and an MCB.
• Warranty will be void if appliance is tampered with or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
• Defects caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized alterations, harmful chemicals,
pests, natural disasters, or acts of God are not covered.
•Plastic, rubber parts, coil/sheet metal/paint aected by environment led rusting on
exposure are not covered under the warranty.
• Issues with optional accessories like stabilizers, covers, extended cables, stands,
control knobs, plugs, or other detachable parts not included.
• Following are not included: Damages from improper electrical circuits or external
power supply issues, including voltage fluctuations and erratic power supply.
Frequent use on power backup or solar power. Altered, missing, or defaced
refrigerator serial number.
• Appliance taken outside the Republic of India will not be considered.
• Warranty automatically expires after 48 months, regardless of appliance usage.
• Regular maintenance is not part of the warranty.
•This warranty is invalid if the warranty is not registered as per the defined process.
Proof of purchase may be required, and claims are valid only for the original purchaser.
• Replaced or repaired parts are covered only for the remainder of the original
warranty period.
• Warranty is void if the refrigerator is used for commercial and semi-commercial purposes.
• Warranty service outside city limits may incur transportation charges or customers
can bring the appliance to the nearest service center at their own cost.
•If warranty service is not possible due to uncontrollable circumstances, a selement may
be made based on the product’s depreciation. The company’s decision is final.
•This Warranty oer is applicable for Sellout from IFB authorised channel partner during 1st
February ’25 to 30th June ’25
• Product replacement will not be considered from 2nd year of machine warranty.
• Free installation/demo can be availed once within a month of purchase; any
additional requests are chargeable basis.
• Warranty disputes if any, are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only
• The Company reserves the right to update warranty terms.
