1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

Keep this device away from children and unauthorized users.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including

children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or

lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given

supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a

person responsible for their safety.

Children shall be supervised to ensure that they do not play with

the appliance.

Indoor use only. Keep this device away from rain,

moisture, splashing and dripping liquids. Never put objects

filled with liquids on top of or close to the device.

Be very careful during the installation: touching live wires can

cause life-threatening electroshocks.

Always disconnect mains power when the device is not in use or

when servicing or maintenance activities are performed. Handle

the power cord by the plug only.

DO NOT disassemble or open the cover. There are no user-

serviceable parts inside the device. Refer to an authorized dealer

for service and/or spare parts.

3. General Guidelines

Refer to the Velleman® Service and Quality Warranty on the last pages

of this manual.

Keep this device away from dust and extreme temperatures.

Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid brute force

when operating the device.

 Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually

using it.

 All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage

caused by user modifications to the device is not covered by the

warranty.

 Only use the device for its intended purpose. All other uses may lead to

short circuits, burns, electroshocks, crash, etc. Using the device in an

unauthorized way will void the warranty.

 Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not

covered by the warranty and the dealer will not accept responsibility for

any ensuing defects or problems.

 Due to constant product improvements, the actual product appearance

might differ from the shown images.

 Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

 Do not switch the device on immediately after it has been exposed to

changes in temperature. Protect the device against damage by leaving

it switched off until it has reached room temperature.

 Keep this manual for future reference.

4. Features

For mirror balls with a maximum diameter of " (50 cm) and weight of 20

20 kg. Power cable with Schuko plug.

 comes with mounting accessories (screws and plugs) + mirror ball chain

5. Operation

Use two chains to fix the mirror ball: a lifting chain which will hold the

mirror ball and a safety chain which will hold the chain in case the lifting

chain breaks. Both chains have to hold 10 times the weight of the mirror

ball and the chains for one hour without any deformation. The safety chain

must be stronger than the lifting chain. The max. length of the safety chain

must not exceed 100 cm. Please examine the complete system regularly.

Every deformed chain or attachment must be changed immediately.
