Carefully unpack all parts andidentify themwith parts list before

attempting to assemble the chair.

IMPORTANT:DO NOTTIGHTEN BOLTS AND SCREWSFULLY UNTIL

YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE FINALASSEMBLY.

1.Put 5 CASTERS (A) into the holes of 5 STAR BASE (B).

2.Insert GAS LIFT (C) to thecenter hole top of5 STAR BASE (B),and

put the BELLOWS(D) onto the GAS LIFT(C).

3.AttachSEAT PLATE(F)totheUnitSeating(G)byusing4SCREWS

(E) with 4 FLATWASHERS (E1).

4.Insert the pre-assembled seat unitonto thegas liftto finish the final

assembly.

5.Be sure that all the screws are fully tightened before using.
