Family: Hadley Item No. 3302

1.Find a clear area in which you can work.

2.Unpack fixture and glass from carton.

3.Carefully review instructions prior to assembly.

1. Prepare gerap m st(A) for scmounting by threading two rews (B)

provided into back of gull wing bracket of gem strap (A) - see Drawing 1.

• Be sure the holes into which the screws are threaded tch the spacing of holes ma(D)

in the ceiling pan (1) - see Drawings 1 and 2.

2. Mount gerap m st(A) to junction box (J), using the two 1” rews not provided sc(C)

Make electrical connections from supply wire to fixture lead wires. Refer to instruction

sheet and follow all instructions to make all necessary wiring connections. (I.S. 18)

Then refer back to this sheet to continue installation of this fixture.

1. Hang the fixture by slipping the holes in the ceiling pan over the screws (D) (1)(B)

in the mounting strap - see .(A)Drawing 2

2. Thread on ball knobs to secure fixture to the ceiling.(F)

1. Prior to installing glass, fixture should be lamped.

2. To install glass lay glass into ring (2), (3).

3. Slip the 3 holes(H) of ring over the thr

eaded studs of the uprightsand hold (G) (UP)

in position.

4. Thread decorative knobs(4)onto end of studs(G)and tighten to secure glass.

*** The construction of this fixture will be accomplished by first mounting the

mounting strap to the junction box, making all necessary electrical connections,

hanging the fixture from the ceiling, and then installing the glass.
