INSTALLATIONCAUTION

Neverplacetheequipmentinanunstablelocation.Theequipmentmayfall,causingseriouspersonalinjuryordeath.

1.Plugthepowercabletothepowersocket.

2.Insertthekeyintothekeyswitch(ON/OFF)ofthekeyboardandrotateit90°clockwisetopoweron

thecontrolsystem.Pressthestartupbutton(START),andyouwillhearthesoundoftherelayclosing.

Waitforstartup.

-Beforeyoupressthestartupbutton,makesuretheemergencystopbuttonatthedeviceentrance

andexitoronthecontrolpanelisnotpressed.Ifpressed,theX-raygeneratorandtheconveyor

cannotbeactivated.Rotatetheemergencystopbutton30°clockwisetoreset.

-Thepowerindicatorlightsup,indicatingthatthesystemisstarted.

-IftherearefaultsoccurredonconveyororX-raygeneratorwhilestartingup,presstheemergency

stopbuttontopoweroffthoseparts.

1.Activatethedeviceforthefirstuse.

-OnlytheAdminusercanactivatethedevice.

2.Enterandconfirmthepasswordandcompletetheactivation.

-Thepasswordshouldnotbelessthan8charactersincludingnumericandletters.

Makesurethedeviceiswellgrounded.Makesuretheemergencystopbuttononthecoverplateisnotpressed.Ifitispressed,rotatethebuttonclockwisetoreset.

-Ifthecablecoverisdamaged,theemergencystopbuttonisinvalidorthekeysonthekeyboardarejammed,pleasestopusingandcontacttheafter-sales.

2.MakesuretheleadcurtainwhichisusedtopreventX-rayleakageatthetunnelentranceandexitisintact:Thereshouldbenoobviousgapsanddamagesbetween

thecurtains.

-Iftheleadcurtaingapistoolargeortheleadcurtainisseriouslydamaged,pleasestopusingandcontacttheafter-sales.

3.Makesurethereisnocrackonthesurfaceoftheconveyorbelt,andthereshouldbeacertaindistancebetweentheedgeoftheconveyorbeltandtheprotective

shieldsonbothsides.Makesuretheconveyorbeltisnotdeviatedorstuck.

-Iftheconveyorbeltdeviatesfromthecenterofthetunnel(thebeltisstuckthegapbetweentheconveyorandtheprotectiveshields)orthetensionisinsufficient(the

surfaceoftheconveyorbeltisloose),adjusttheconveyorundertheguidanceofprofessionalsorreadthemaintenancemanualcarefully.

4.Makesuretherearenoitemsinthetunnel.

5.Makesurethepanicbuttonsarenotpressed.
