Made of AISI 304 stainless steel and ABS. Main V-shaped blade

made of stainless steel. Julienne blades made of AISI 304

stainless steel. 3 pads for changing slicing thickness: 1.5 mm,

2.5 mm, and 3.5 mm. 2 pads with blades for cutting julienne

strips: 3.5 mm and 7 mm. Cutting thickness is embossed on

each pad. Fast replacement of pads with a single lock/release

button. Integrated foldable stand – a wide anti-slip foot covered

with rubber; the mandoline can be used while held in hand or

placed on a worktop. Included in the set: – storage box for the

pads, to safely store the blades, – polypropylene finger guard

and vegetable holder with 6 thin spikes (spikes made of AISI 304

stainless steel), – blade shield made of synthetic material for

covering the “V” blade. Dishwasher safe.
