Verwendungszweck

Unsere Schutzmatten dienen dem Schutz der Edelstahlhaube Ihres HAZET Werkstattwagens vor

mechanischen Beschädigungen, Verschmutzungen sowie dem Verrutschen von Werkzeugen und Bauteilen.

Erster Gebrauch

• Legen Sie die Schutzmatte auf die gereinigte und trockene Edelstahl-Haube Ihres Werkstattwagens.

• Nach dem ersten Ausrollen kann es materialbedingt bis zu 24h dauern, bis sich die Matte

vollständig plan gelegt hat.

• Während dieser Zeit darf die Matte nicht fixiert oder stark belastet werden.

Reinigung und Pflege

• Die Schutzmatte ist täglich mit handelsüblichem Reiniger (z.B. Glasreiniger) zu reinigen.

• Aggressive Reinigungsmittel, Lösungsmittel oder scheuernde Hilfsmittel sind zu vermeiden,

da diese das Material beschädigen können.

Umgang mit Betriebsstoffen

• Tropfmengen von Betriebsstoffen (z. B. Öl, Fett, Kühl- oder Reinigungsflüssigkeiten) sind zeitnah

aufzuwischen, um Materialbeeinträchtigungen, Rutschgefahr oder Verfärbungen zu vermeiden.

• Eine längere Einwirkung von Betriebsstoffen kann die Materialeigenschaften der Schutzmatte

negativ beeinflussen.

Sicherheitshinweis

• Die Schutzmatte ersetzt keine rutschhemmenden oder sicherheitsrelevanten Maßnahmen am Arbeitsplatz.

• Vor jeder Nutzung ist die Matte auf korrekten Sitz und sichtbare Beschädigungen zu prüfen.

PVC protective mat

Intended use

Our protective mats protect the stainless steel bonnet of your HAZET tool trolley against mechanical

damage, soiling and the slipping of tools and components.

First use

• Place the protective mat on the cleaned and dry stainless steel bonnet of your tool trolley.

• After the first roll-out, it can take up to 24 hours for the mat to lay completely flat, depending on the material.

• During this time, the mat must not be fixed in place or subjected to heavy loads.

Cleaning and care

• The protective mat should be cleaned daily with a commercially available cleaner (e.g. glass cleaner).

• Aggressive cleaning agents, solvents or abrasive aids should be avoided as they can damage the material.

Handling operating materials

• Dripping operating materials (e.g. oil, grease, coolants or cleaning fluids) must be wiped up promptly in order

to avoid material damage, risk of slipping or discolouration.

• Prolonged exposure to operating materials can have a negative effect on the material properties

of the protective mat.

Safety advice

• The protective mat does not replace any anti-slip or safety-relevant measures at the workplace.

• Before each use, the mat must be checked for correct fit and visible damage.
