in a safe place for future ference. If you sell the device,re

please pass these operating instructions on to the new

owner.

3. Safety Notes

• The product is intended for private, non-commercial

use only.

• Protect the product from dirt, moisture and

overheating, and only use it in a dry environment.

• Keep this product, as all electrical products, out of the

reach of children!

• Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any

major shocks.

• Do not operate the product outside the power limits

given in the specications.

• Do not open the device or continue to operate it if it

becomes damaged.

• Dispose of packaging material immediately according

to locally applicable gulations.re

• Since the battery is integrated and cannot be moved,re

you will need to dispose of the product as a whole. Do

this in compliance with the legal quirements.re

• Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids

the warranty.

4. Operation

4.1 Charging the Power Pack

• Connect the microUSB charging/connecting cable

included to the one of the two USB ports on the werPo

Pack ( ) and to the microUSB port onIN 5V/500mA

your terminal device (mobile phone, smartphone, etc.).

• Alternatively, you can charge the wer ck usingPo Pa

a suitable USB charger. Please fer to the operatingre

instructions for the USB charger used.

• Charging begins and ends automatically.

• Charge the wer ck fully before using it for thePo Pa

rst time.

Note – Capacity

• The capacity is always shown when the wer ckPo Pa

is charging.

• Each status LED corresponds to 25% of the capacity.

When an LED is permanently illuminated, this

indicates that this capacity level has already been

reached. The wer ck is charged to at least 75% ifPo Pa

three LEDs are illuminated, and the fourth is ashing.

• If all four status LEDs light up, the full capacity is

available.

• Press the button of the wer ck to switch itPo Pa

on and to check its current capacity.

• To switch the wer ck off, press and hold thePo Pa

button until the status LEDs go out.

Warnung – Battery

• Only use suitable charging devices or USB connections

for charging.

• As a rule, do not charge devices or USB connections that

are defective and do not try to pair them yourself.re

• Do not overcharge the product or allow the battery to

completely discharge.

• Avoid storing, charging or using batteries in extreme

temperatures.

• When stored over a long period of time, batteries should

be charged gularly (at least every three months).re

4.2 Charging terminal devices

• Connect the included Micro-USB charging/connecting

cable to the USB port on the power pack (OUT

5V/2,1A) and to the Micro-USB port on your terminal

device (mobile phone, smartphone, etc.).

• The Micro-USB charging/connecting cable included

may not be suitable for the USB connection on your

terminal device. In this case, use the USB cable that

was included with your terminal device.

• To start charging, press the button of the werPo

Pack. The status LEDs show the maining capacityre

when the wer ck is charging.Po Pa

• The current battery status of your terminal device will

appear on this device.

• Press the button of the wer ck to stopPo Pa

charging and to switch it off. The status LEDs should

switch off.

• The wer ck will automatically switch off after 10Po Pa

seconds if it is not connected to a terminal device.

Warning – Connecting terminal devices

• Before connecting a terminal device, check

whether the power output of the charger can

supply sucient power for the device.

• Ensure that the total power consumption of the

connected terminal device does not exceed 2100

mA.

• Please fer to the instructions in the operatingre

manual of your terminal device.

• It is essential that you observe these specications

and the safety instructions garding the powerre

supply of your devices.

Note – Optimised charging

• Optimised charging means that the wer ckPo Pa

recognises the connected terminal device and

supplies it with the optimal current to minimise

charging time.

Please note that the maximum

power output of the power pack is 2100 mA.

Warning

• Never connect the charging cable of the werPo

Pack to both the input and the output of the

Po Pawer ck at the same time. This could damage

the battery.

• Do not connect any terminal devices while the

Po Pawer ck is charging. This could damage the

Po Pawer ck and the connected device.

4.3. Torch function

• Press the button twice to switch the integrated

LED torch on/off.

Note

• We commend that you only use the torch forre

brief periods.

• Longer periods of use negatively affect the werPo

Pack capacity.

• This product is only intended for use as a torch.

This product is not suitable for lighting oms inro

domestic households. Due to the brightness of its

LED lamp, this product is a special lamp.

5. Care and Maintenance

Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free

cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
