Het programmeren
1. functietoets “Prog”,
indrukken tot de eerste
programmastap verschijnt.
2. instellen van de schakeltijd met functietoets
“ ” en “ ”.+ -
3.
keuze van de schakelstand met functietoets “on/off”
ON = contactstand 2 en 3 gesloten.
OFF = contactstand 1 en 2 gesloten.
4. bevestiging van de ingegeven
schakelstand met behulp van
functietoets “ ”.Prog
Nu kan de dag worden gekozen,
waarop het bevel ingaat. Op het
display gaat “1” knipperen = maandag.
5. met behulp van de “ ” - functietoets kanon/off
worden bepaald of het bevel op de aangegeven
dag ingaat of niet. Met de “+” toets kan voor
devolgende dag en met de “-”toets voor de
voorgaande dag worden gekozen.
6. de programmering wordt vastgelegd door de
functietoets “ ” korte tijd in te drukken.Prog
De volgende programmastap kan nu worden
geprogrammeerd.
Opmerking : Indien langer dan 2 minuten géén toets
wordt ingedrukt, schakelt de programmaklok terug
naar de modus “automatisch” zonder de ingegeven
programmering vast te leggen.
7. voor het programmeren van de volgende
programmastappen (max. 20 stappen) dienen
stap 2 t/m stap 6 steeds te worden herhaald.
Een programmastap kan worden uitgewist door met
de toetsen “+” en “-” het uur op -- :-- te zetten
(tussen 23.59 uur en 00.00 uur).
8. terugkeer naar de modus “automatisch”
met behulp van de functietoets “Prog”
(langer dan 2 seconden indrukken).
Handbediening
(het schakelen van de uitgang bij stand “automatisch”,
onafhankelijk van de vastgelegde programmering)
1. functietoets “ ” indrukken tot deon/off
schakelstand op het display verschijnt.
2. met de toets “ ”, de gewensteon/off
schakelstand kiezen.
Terugkeer naar de modus “automatisch”
met behulp van functietoets “ ”.on/off
(langer dan 2 seconden indrukken).
Controle (uitlezen) van de programmering
door de functietoets “Prog” meerdere malen in te
drukken in de stand “automatisch”, kunnen de
geprogrammeerde schakelstanden worden uitgelezen.
Terugkeer naar de modus “automatisch” met
behulp van functietoets “ ”.Prog
(langer dan 2 seconden indrukken).
Resetten van de programmaklok
met behulp van de “ ” -toets kan de ingegevenreset
programmering worden gewist.

Met de programmaklok EG071 kunnen
electrische apparatuur en/of stroomkringen
dagelijks of wekelijks worden in- en
uitgeschakeld.
De programmaklok heeft maximaal 20
programmastappen, welke over 1 dag of over
meerdere dagen kunnen worden
geprogrammeerd.
De programmaklok kan worden verzegeld.
Bij het wegvallen van de netspanning gaat het
display knipperen.

Principe de fonctionnement
le EG071 est un interrupteur horaire qui vous
permet de piloter automatiquement un appareil
ou un circuit électrique.
Le programmateur a une capacité de 20
consignes maximum, chacune pouvant être
appliquée à un ou plusieurs jours.
Le capot de protection de l’interrupteur horaire
est plombable.
L’afficheur clignote en cas de coupure secteur.
Présentation
Sur l’écran :
1heure actuelle.
2état du circuit (ON / OFF)
3jour de la semaine (1 = lundi, 2 = mardi,
etc...)
Les touches:
4“ ” pour choisir l’état du circuit.on/off
5“ ” pour programmer et faire défilerProg
les pas de programme.
6“ ” pour réinitialiser le programmateur.reset
7“ ” et “ ” pour réaliser les différents+ -
réglages.
Mise à l’heure
Le réglage de l’heure et du jour se fait par
appui long ou court sur la touche “ ” ou “ ”.+ -
Un appui long fait défiler rapidement les
minutes, les heures puis les jours.
Programmation
1. appuyer sur “ ” pour commencerProg
la programmation.
La première consigne clignote.
2. avec “ ” et “ ”, réglez l’horaire de commutation.+ -
3. avec la touche “on/off”, choisissez l’état du circuit.
ON = contact entre les bornes 2 et 3,
OFF = contact entre les bornes 1 et 2.
4. validez par “ ”.Prog
Vous devez maintenant définir
les jours de la semaine auxquels
s’applique cette consigne.
5. avec les touches “ ” et “ ”, faites défiler les jours+ -
de la semaine et sélectionnez avec la touche
“on/off” si la consigne s’applique ou non à ce jour.
6. appuyer sur “ ” pour valider ce pas deProg
programme
Si vous n’appuyez sur aucune touche pendant
2 minutes, le programmateur revient en mode
automatique sans tenir compte de vos choix.
7. répéter les opérations 2 à 6 pour programmer
les consignes suivantes (20 maximum).
Pour annuler un pas de programme, modifier avec
les touches “+” et “-” l’heure de commutation
jusqu’à avoir l’affichage -- :-- (entre 23 :59 et 00 :00).
8. pour valider la programmation
et passer en mode automatique,
appuyer pendant deux secondes
sur la touche “ ”.Prog
Pour forcer l’arrêt ou la mise en marche
du circuit
1. appuyer sur la touche “ ”,on/off
l’afficheur clignote.
2. avec la touche “ ”,on/off
sélectionnez l’état du circuit.
Pour annuler le forçage et revenir en mode
automatique, appuyer sur la touche “ ”on/off
pendant plus de deux secondes.
Pour relire votre programme
En mode automatique :
par appuis successifs sur la touche “ ”, faitesProg
défiler les différentes consignes : horaires de
commutation, état du circuit et les jours concernés.
Pour revenir en mode automatique, appuyer sur la
touche “Prog” pendant plus de deux secondes.
Pour remettre le programmateur à zéro
Appuyez sur la touche “reset” pour effacer le
programme.

NOT APPLICABLE FOR AUSTRALIA
A warranty period of 24 months is offered on hager
products, from date of manufacture, relating to any material
of manufacturing defect. If any product is found to be
defective it must be returned via the installer and supplier
(wholesaler). The warranty is withdrawn if:
- after inspection by hager quality control dept the device is
found to have been installed in a manner which is contrary
to IEE wiring regulations and accepted practice within the
industry at the time of installation.
- The procedure for the return of goods has not been
followed. Explanation of defect must be included when
returning goods.

User instruction
Function
The EG071 is a programmable time switch for
the automatic control of electrical loads.
It is fully programmable with a maximum of
20 program steps. Each program step can be
applied to one or several days, maximising the
use of each memory location.
The display will flash in case of power failure
to the unit.
The front cover is sealable preventing
unauthorised access after completion of
programming.

.. 7 = Sunday)
Buttons :
4“ ” chooses whether the circuiton/off
is ON or OFF.
5“Prog” to set the program and scroll
program steps.

Time and day setting
Press key “ ” or “ ”.+ -
A continuous pressure on this key will scroll up
or down minutes, hours and then days.
Programming
1. To start programming, press key
“ ”, the first program stepProg
flashes.
2. Set the switching time with key “ ” or “ ”+ -
3. Use the “on/off” button to choose between
circuit ON and circuit OFF.
ON = contact between terminals 2 and 3.
OFF = contact between terminals 1 and 2.
4. Enter the settings by pressing “ ”.Prog
You must now choose the days of the
week that the settings apply to.
5. With key “ ” and “ ”, display one after the other+ -
each day of the week and select with key
“ ” if the program applies to this day or not.on/off
Days to which the switching is to be applied
must be visible at the bottom of the display e.g.
1 2 3 4 5 visible, means switching will be applied
Monday to Friday.
6. Press “ ” to enter this program step.Prog
If no buttons are pressed within 2 min., the device
switches back to automatic mode without recording
your settings.
7. Program additional time settings by repeating
steps 2 to 6 above (20 max.)
To delete a program step, modify switching time
with keys “+” and “-”, until display -- :-- (between
23 :59 and 00 :00).
8. To record your settings and return to
automatic mode press “Prog” for more
than 2 seconds.
To turn the circuit ON or OFF
1. press the “ ” button.on/off
The display flashes.
2. use the “on/off”, button to turn
the circuit ON or OFF.
To switch back in automatic mode, press “ ”on/off
for more than 2 seconds.
To check your settings
In automatic mode :
Press “Prog” repeatedly to display the day, the time
and the circuit status (ON or OFF).
To switch back to automatic mode, press “ ”Prog
for more than 2 sec.
To reset the time switch
Press the “reset” button, the program will be
cancelled.
