Congratulations on your purchase of the GYMFORM® AB BOOSTER PLUS
Computer, the counter that provides you with real-time data on your workout.
INSTALLATION
1. Place the plastic bracket in the centre of the handlebars on the GYMFORM® AB
BOOSTER PLUS unit. Make sure the bracket is tilted back so you can see the screen.
2. Attach the bracket with the screw supplied. Attach it using the Allen wrench supplied
with the main unit.
3. Attach the counter by inserting the tab on the plastic bracket into the slot on the
counter. Ensure it is firmly attached.
OPERATION
Buttons
MODE BUTTON: Press the button to select and lock in the specific function you want.
Press the button until the screen pointer is on the desired function.
RESET BUTTON: Press the button to reset all the readings on the current workout.
Data displayed on the screen:
• COUNT – Indicates the number of repetitions you have done in the workout (0 - 9,999
repetitions).
• TIME – Indicates the total workout time (00:00 – 99:59 minutes).
• CAL – Indicates the number of calories burned during the exercise (0 – 9,999
calories).
• STRIDES/MINUTE – Indicates the average number of repetitions per minute.
• SCAN – When this option is activated, the screen rotates through the 4 settings and
displays the data in each one every 4 seconds.
More information:
- If the product is not used for 4 to 5 minutes, the LCD display will shut off automatically.
- When you begin your workout, the counter will start up automatically.
- If the data are not displayed clearly, replace the battery.
The counter runs on one AA battery (not included).

INSTALACIÓN
1. Coloque el soporte de plástico en el centro del manillar de la
unidad GYMFORM® AB BOOSTER PLUS. Asegúrese de que el

Botones

Información que nos muestra la pantalla:

• Posición TIME – Nos indica el numero el tiempo que llevamos
de entrenamiento (00:00 – 99:59 minutos)
• Posición CAL – Nos indica el número de calorías que se están
quemando durante el ejercicio (0 – 9.999 calorías)
• Posición STRIDES/MINUTE – Nos indica la media de repeticio-
nes que llevamos por minuto.
• Posición SCAN – cuando esta opción esté activada, cada 4
segundos la pantalla le enseñará la información de las 4 funciones
de arriba.
Sepa que:
-Si se deja de usar el producto durante en 4-5 minutos, la pantalla
LCD se apagará. Automáticamente.
-Cuando inicie los ejercicios, el monitor se enciende automática-
mente.
- Si la información de la pantalla no se ve clara, reemplace la pila

sur votre entraînement au fur et à mesure du déroulement de la
séance.
INSTALLATION
1. Placez le support en plastique au centre du guidon de l'unité
GYMFORM® AB BOOSTER PLUS. Assurez-vous que le support est
incliné vers l'arrière pour que vous puissiez bien voir l'écran.
2. Fixez le support en plastique à l'aide de la vis fournie. Pour ce faire,
utilisez la clé Allen livrée avec l'unité principale.
3. Pour insérer le compteur, placez la languette du support en
plastique dans la rainure du compteur. Assurez-vous qu'il est
correctement fixé.
FONCTIONNEMENT
Boutons
BOUTON MODE : En appuyant sur ce bouton, vous pourrez
sélectionner et bloquer la fonction souhaitée. Continuez d'appuyer
jusqu'à ce que le pointeur de l'écran reste fixé sur la fonction
souhaitée.
BOUTON RESET : En appuyant sur ce bouton, vous remettrez à
zéro toutes les valeurs de votre entraînement actuel.
Informations affichées sur l'écran :
• Position COUNT – Elle nous indique le nombre de répétitions que
nous réalisons au fur et à mesure de notre entraînement (0 – 9 999
répétitions).
• Position TIME – Elle nous indique le temps d'entraînement qui s'est
écoulé (00:00 – 99:59 minutes).
• Position CALORIE – Elle nous indique le nombre de calories
brûlées à un moment donné de la séance d'exercice (0 – 9 999
calories).
• Position REPS/MIN. – Elle nous indique notre moyenne de
répétitions par minute.
• Position SCAN – Lorsque cette option est activée, toutes les 4
secondes l'écran affichera des données sur les 4 fonctions citées
ci-dessus.
OBSERVATIONS :
-Si l'appareil reste inactif pendant 4-5 minutes, l'écran LCD s'éteindra
automatiquement.
-Dès que vous commencerez les exercices, le moniteur s'allumera
automatiquement.
-Si les données affichées à l'écran ne sont pas nettes, vous devrez
changer la pile.
Le compteur fonctionne avec une pile AA (non fournie).

INBETRIEBNAHME

2. Befestigen Sie den Plastikhalter mit der mitgelieferten Schraube.

3. Um den Zähler zu befestigen, müssen Sie die Lasche des
Plastikhalters durch den Schlitz des Zählers ziehen. Vergewissern Sie
sich, dass der Zähler richtig fest am Platz sitzt.
FUNKTIONSWEISE
Knöpfe
KNOPF MODE: Das Drücken dieses Knopfs ermöglicht es Ihnen, die
einschlägige Funktion, die Sie wünschen, zu wählen und zu sperren.
Drücken Sie so lange den Knopf, bis der Zeiger des Displays auf der
gewünschten Funktion steht.
KNOPF RESET: Das Drücken dieses Knopfs wird alle Wertanzeiger
des gegenwärtigen Trainings auf Null zurücksetzen.
Informationen, die uns das Display anzeigt:
• Position COUNT – Zeigt uns die Anzahl der Wiederholungen an, die
wir beim Training bereits durchgeführt haben (0 - 9.999 Wiederholun-
gen).
• Position TIME – Zeigt uns die Zeitdauer an, die wir beim Training
schon hinter uns haben (00:00 – 99:59 Minuten).
• Position CAL – Zeigt uns die Anzahl der Kalorien an, die wir
während der Übung verbrennen (0 – 9.999 Kalorien).
• Position STRIDES/MINUTE – Zeigt uns die Durchschnittszahl an,
die wir an Wiederholungen pro Minute bisher gemacht haben.
• Position SCAN – Wenn diese Option aktiviert ist, so wird Ihnen das
Display alle 4 Sekunden die Informationen der 4 oben genannten
Funktionen anzeigen.
Sie müssen Folgendes wissen:
- Wenn Sie die Nutzung des Gerätes 4–5 Minuten lang unterbrechen,
so wird das LCD-Display automatisch ausgehen.
- Wenn Sie mit dem Training anfangen, geht der Bildschirm
automatisch an.
- Wenn die Informationen auf dem Display nicht mehr richtig lesbar
sind, legen Sie bitte eine neue Batterie ein.
Für den Zähler brauchen Sie eine Batterie vom Typ AA (nicht
inbegriffen).

INSTALLAZIONE
1. Collocare il supporto di plastica al centro del manubrio dell’unità

dell’apparecchio, accertarsi che il supporto sia inclinato in dietro.

È importante sapere che:
- Se si interrompe l’uso del prodotto, dopo 4-5 minuti il display LCD si

INSTALAÇÃO

suporte deverá estar inclinado para trás.
2. Fixe o suporte de plástico com o parafuso fornecido. Para isso, utilize a
chave Allen fornecida juntamente com a unidade principal.
3. Para inserir o contador no suporte, introduza a aba do suporte de
plástico na ranura do contador. Verifique se está bem colocado.
FUNCIONAMENTO

Saiba que:

MONTAGE
1. Plaats de plastic houder in het midden van het stuur van de GYMFORM®
AB BOOSTER PLUS. Let erop dat de houder naar achter gekanteld is zodat
u het scherm goed kunt zien.
2. Bevestig de plastic houder met de meegeleverde bout. Maak deze met de
meegeleverde inbussleutel op de hoofdeenheid vast.
3. Om de meter aan te brengen moet u het lipje van de plastic houder in de
gleuf van de meter plaatsen. Zorg dat deze goed vastzit.
WERKING
Toetsen
MODE-TOETS: Door op deze toets te drukken kunt u de gewenste functie
selecteren en vastzetten. Druk op de toets en houd hem ingedrukt totdat de
aanwijzer in het display op de gewenste functie staat.
RESET-TOETS: Door op deze toets te drukken worden alle weergaven van
de huidige training op nul teruggezet.
Informatie die in het display wordt weergegeven:
• Stand COUNT – Geeft het aantal herhalingen aan dat u tijdens de training
hebt uitgevoerd (0 - 9999 herhalingen).
• Stand TIME – Geeft de tijd aan die u aan het trainen bent (00:00 – 99:59
minuten).
• Stand CAL – Geeft het aantal calorieën aan dat u tijdens de oefening
verbruikt hebt (0 – 9999 calorieën).
• Stand STRIDES/MINUTE – Geeft het gemiddelde aantal herhalingen aan
dat u per minuut hebt uitgevoerd.
• Stand SCAN – Wanneer deze optie ingeschakeld is, wordt elke 4
seconden de informatie over de 4 eerder genoemde functies in het scherm
weergegeven.
Let op:
- Als u het product gedurende 4 à 5 minuten niet gebruikt, wordt het
LCD-display automatisch uitgeschakeld.
- Wanneer u met de oefeningen begint, schakelt het display automatisch in.
- Als de informatie op het scherm niet goed leesbaar is, moet de batterij
worden vervangen.
De meter werkt op een AA-batterij (niet meegeleverd).
