I. Removing the Handle
1. Locate the set screws on the handle caps (they are usually on the
less visible side).
2. Loosen the set screw on one end with the 1/8” Allen wrench while
supporting the handle. Do not remove the set screw from the
handle cap.
3. Keep supporting the handle while you loosen the set screw on the
other handle cap. Lift the handle from the fasteners on the door
and set aside.
II. Replacing a New Handle
1. Make sure the set screws are loosened. Place the handle over the
fasteners of the door (we recommend putting the screw side of the
handle toward the less visible side). Take care to support the
handle so it doesn’t fall and scratch the appliance finish. Make sure
both the handle caps are resting on the face of the door.
2. Lock one end of the handle into position by tightening the set
screw in the handle cap with the 1/8” Allen wrench. Be sure not to
over tighten.
3. Keep supporting the handle as you lock the other end of the
handle into position by tightening the set screw in the handle cap
with the 1/8” Allen wrench. Be sure not to over tighten.
Repeat these instructions on all other handles.

Replacing Your Café Handles

The handle on your appliance may have a dierent orientation than what is
shown, but the installation will be the same.
Be extra careful of the appliance finish around the handle area, as it can
scratch. During removal of the handle screws, hold onto the handle tightly
so it won’t fall and scratch the appliance. We recommend having another
person help you hold the handle in place as you remove the screws.
When the handle has been removed, check the fasteners that are
attached to the appliance front to see if they are loose. If so, tighten them
with a 3/16” Allen wrench before attaching the new handle.
Note: Fastener shape may vary by appliance.
For appliances with multiple handles, look at your current configuration
before removing the handles, and make sure the replacement handles
match that logo and set screw position.

I. Enlever la poignée
1. Repérez les vis sur les couvercles de poignée (généralement situés
sur le côté le moins visible).
2. Desserrez la vis de serrage sur une extrémité à l’aide de la clé
hexagonale 1/8 po tout en supportant la poignée. Ne retirez pas la
vis de serrage du couvercle de poignée.
3. Continuez à supporter la poignée tandis que vous desserrez la vis
de serrage sur l’autre couvercle de poignée. Soulevez la poignée
depuis les attaches sur la porte et mettez-la de côté.
II. Remplacer par une nouvelle poignée
1. Assurez-vous que les vis de serrage sont desserrées. Placez la
poignée au-dessus des attaches de la porte (nous recommandons
de mettre le côté vis de la poignée sur le côté le moins visible).
Veillez à supporter la poignée afin qu’elle ne tombe et raye le fini
de l’appareil. Assurez-vous que les deux couvercles de poignée
reposent sur la face de la porte.
2. Verrouillez une extrémité de la poignée en position en serrant la
vis de serrage dans le couvercle de poignée à l’aide de la clé
hexagonale 1/8 po. Ne serrez pas excessivement.
3. Continuez à supporter la poignée tandis que vous verrouillez
l’autre extrémité de la poignée en position en serrant la vis de
serrage dans le couvercle à l’aide de la clé hexagonale 1/8 po. Ne
serrez pas excessivement.
Répétez ces instructions pour toutes les autres poignées.

La poignée de votre électroménager peut être orientée diéremment de
l’illustration, mais l’installation est la même.
Prenez soin de ne pas rayer la finition de l’électroménager autour de la zone
de la poignée. Lors du retrait des vis, tenez fermement la poignée pour éviter
qu’elle ne tombe et raye l’appareil. Nous recommandons qu’une autre
personne vous aide à tenir la poignée en place lorsque vous retirez les vis.
Une fois la poignée enlevée, vérifiez les attaches fixées sur le devant de
l’électroménager sont lâches. Si c’est le cas, serrez-les à l’aide d’une clé
hexagonale 3/16 po avant de fixer la nouvelle poignée.
Remarque : La forme de l’attache peut varier d’un appareil à l’autre.
Si l’électroménager comporte plusieurs poignées, notez bien leur configura-
tion actuelle avant de les enlever et assurez-vous que les positions du logo et
des vis de serrage des nouvelles poignées sont identiques.
