• ThedryerMUSTbeventedtotheoutdoors.

SeetheEXHAUSTINGTHEDRYERsection.

• Minimumclearancebetweendryercabinetandadja-

cent walls or other surfaces is: 0”either side 3” front and

rear

• Minimumverticalspacefromoortooverhead

shelves, cabinets, ceilings, etc.,is52”.

• Closetdoorsmustbelouveredorotherwiseventi-

latedandhaveatleast60squareinchesofopenarea

equallydistributed.Iftheclosetcontainsbothawasher

and a dryer, doors must contain a minimum of 120

squareinchesofopenareaequallydistributed.
