This instruction sheet is for mouting the Zirkona multi-function pivot arm with either

a round mounting plate for Vesa 75mm mounting plate. The assemblies are

shipped pre-assembled and the components are held in place with epoxy so

they can not come apart.

Attaching the mounts:

1. Determine the location of the mount

in the vehicle. The quick release base

can be removed to make mounting

easier. The quick release allows the user

to rotate the arm at the base 90

degrees. Note the roll pin location in the

slot when mounting to make sure you

have the range of motion desired.

2. The quick release base is attached by

drilling (4) 7/32" holes in the flat surface

where the mounts will attach. Use the

quick release base or the back plate to

mark the 4 locations before drilling. The

hole pattern is 30mm x 38mm.

3. Place the back plate (with the

pressed-in nuts) behind the previously

drilled mounting surface.

4. Use the #10-32 x 1" long screws and

washers found in hardware bag 7120-

0861 to attach the mount to the flat

mounting surface by running the screws

through the quick release mount, the

previously drilled flat surface, and into

the back plate with the pressed-in nuts.

Attaching the dock:

1. Attach the device cradle to the

mounting plate using the hardware

supplied with the cradle.
