LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
All faucets installed in a private residence will carry a limited lifetime
warranty on all mechanical parts to be free of manufacturing defects
in material and workmanship under normal usage. All chrome finishes
carry a limited lifetime warranty; all other finishes are warranted for
five (5) years form the original date of purchase.
Marine and Outdoor Installation
warranted for Marine and Outdoor installations.
This warranty applies only to the original owner, providing the product
has been installed in accordance with our installation instructions,
used as recommended and in a normal residential application. In the
event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof
of purchase - save sales receipt. This warranty covers all components
which make the product operational. Franke, at its option, may repair
or replace the product or components necessary to restore the pro-
duct to good working condition. Franke reserves the right to inspect
the installation prior to the actual replacement of the product or com-
ponent part. This warranty does not cover misuse or abuse, acciden-
tal damages, scuffs or scratches, improper installation, abnormal
usage, negligence or damage caused by improper maintenance or
cleaning. Normal wear of parts is excluded from the warranty.
Damage caused by impurities or acts beyond our control are not
covered. Any product or part which has been repaired or altered in
any manner outside of Franke's factory, unless previously authorized
in writing by Franke, will void warranty. Any replacement excludes
transportation and any labor re-installation costs. This warranty
does not allow recovery of incidental or consequential damages such
as loss of use, delay, property damage or other consequential dama-
ge, and Franke accepts no liability for such damages.
The Franke warranty is limited to the above conditions and to th e
warranty period specified herein and is exclusive. Franke DISCLAIMS
all other warranties, Dexpressed or implied, including IMPLIE
WA TA Y SRRANTIES OF MERCHAN BILIT AND/OR FITNES
FOR PART uA ICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty gives yo
specific legal rights that may vary from state to state .

STANDARD TROUBLESHOOTINGMAINTENANCE AND
1. Shut o the water supply to the faucet.
2. Turn on the faucet briey to relieve any pressure inside the faucet.
3. Move the faucet handle to the “ OFF” position.

5. Remove the screw B using an allen key.
6. Pull the lever A from the body . base
7. Unscrew .the cap E
8. Unscrew cartridge .the lock nut F

10. Re-assemble faucet in reverse order.
11. Test for leakage.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Clean aerator periodically for any buildup .
Do not use harsh detergents, solvents, chemical agents, metallic sponges,
etc. that could harm the surface and damage the nish.
Clean only with a soft sponge and soapy water.

2. .Connect the pull out spray (1) to the pull out hose assy (3) hand tight
Ensure the rubber washer (2) is in place.
4. Cut a mounting hole 1 3/8 diameter (35mm) in the desired position in
counter top or sink (if one isn’t available).
5. Place the rubber washer (5) over the base of the faucet.
If your application has 3 holes to cover, install the base plate (6) and
base plate gasket (7) over the holes and install the faucet.
If your application is a single hole, the base plate (6) and base plate
gasket (7) are optional.
ATTENTION: The base plate gasket should be sitting the between
countertop and base . faucet plate
DO NOT use y or other sealant at this putt location.
NOTES:

For tile installations, avoid installing faucet near or on top of grout lines.
This may cause a weak joint between the faucet and the counter and
could cause leaks.
6. nstall the mounting ha dwa the I r re to base of faucet body in
the following r plastic flange ( ), orde - 8 rubber washer ( ),9
fixing plate as shown (10) .
7. Tighten with the fixing nut ( ) on the base of faucet body.11
10. Conne supp ses water sup thect the flexible ly ho (1 ) 5to the ply in
house.
11. Remove the aerator using 7/8” (22 mm) wrench, turn on water,
ush the faucet for any debris and check for leaks.
Reinstall the aerator and re ever c ensu ything is fun tioning properly.
8. Connect the pull out hose (3) to the pull out supply hose (1 )2.
9. Place the weight (1 ) on the pull out hose (3) with the screws (1 ) 3 4
approximately 2” (50mm) above the bend in the bottom of the pull out
hose.

ATTENTION: Be sure to hold pull out supply hose (12) steady
when connecting pull out hose (3), otherwise pull out supply hose
(12) can be loosened and possibly cause leaks.
