計のプリンテッドコイルのパターン形状を

採用することに加え、磁気回路の構成部品

も一新して磁束分布を最適化することで、

振動板の不要共振を抑え鋭いレスポンスで

の音の立上がりと立下がりを可能にしまし

た。これにより高感度化と滑らかな周波数

特性、優れた過渡特性を同時に達成し、重

低音域から高音域まで正確かつ繊細に再生

可能とすることで、クリアな音像を明確な

定位感で空間に表現する能力を実現しまし

た。

1. Premium RP planar magnetic driver

The RP technology planar diaphragm driver tech-

nology, developed in 1974 and continually refined

ever since, has a newly developed planar

diaphragm, much larger than the conventional RP

driver used in T50RPmk3/mk4. In addition to

increasing the number of magnets that sandwich the

diaphragm, as well as a newly designed pattern and

shape for the printed coil, the magnetic circuit com-

ponents have been redesigned to optimize the mag-

netic flux distribution. All of these work together to

suppress unwanted resonance in the diaphragm.

This simultaneously achieves high sensitivity,

smooth frequency response, and excellent transient

characteristics, enabling accurate and delicate repro-

duction from heavy bass to high frequencies, and

the ability to express a clear sound image in space

with a clear sense of localization.
