PROVISIONS OF WARRANTY
1. Keep the warranty certificate that is enclosed with the product package.
When a repair is performed under these circumstances, the technician will ask for the respective certificate. The repair service
can only be performed after you provide the certificate to confirm that your device is within the warranty period.
2. The warranty period for the device is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
3. We will repair or replace free of charge within the warranty period any parts that, during normal operation of the device, have
been damaged due to proven defect in the material or workmanship.
4. This warranty does not cover light bulbs, easily breakable parts made from glass or plastic or any other defects that can harm
the device’s normal operation.
5. We are not responsible for damages caused by the misuse or mishandling of the device, connection to a power supply different
than the one shown on the device specification label, defective electrical circuit and weather, chemical or electrochemical
conditions. We will decline any other demands or compensation claims regarding objects that are not integral part of the
device.
6. The repair service performed under the warranty does not extend the warranty period. Only within this period can the repair
services under the warranty be performed. The warranty is only valid for the first buyer of the device and is not transferable
to others.
7. The warranty expires if any repairs, modifications or parts replacement have been attempted by unauthorized persons.
8. All expenses and risks concerning transportation to our factory or vice-versa shall always be on account of the buyer.
PROVISIONS OF WARRANTY
To obtain our Technical Repair service during the 24 month warranty period after the date of purchase, you are required to:
a) Present the warranty certificate duly completed and authenticated.
b) Present the product’s invoice/sales receipt, with the model and serial number (where possible).
Note: Not presenting the above mentioned documents, will not allow for the repair service under the warranty.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
1. Garder avec précaution le certificat de garantie qui se trouve dans l’emballage du produit.
Lorsque des réparations sont faites dans le cadre de cette garantie, le technicien exigera la remise du certificat en question.
Les réparations ne peuvent être effectuées qu’après avoir prouvé à l’aide du certificat que votre appareil rentre dans les
conditions de la garantie.
2. La durée de garantie de cet appareil est de 2 ans à partir de la date d’acquisition.
3. Pendant la garantie, nous réparons ou substituons, gratuitement toutes les pièces qui lors d’une utilisation normale se seraient
détériorées suite à un défaut de matériel ou de fabrication.
4. Ne sont pas couvertes par cette garantie les lampes, les pièces fragiles, en verre ou en plastique ou toute outre défaillance
qui n’empêche pas le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil.
5. Nous ne sommes pas responsables pour les dommages causés par une mauvaise utilisation ou une utilisation non
appropriée de l’appareil, par un branchement sur un courant électrique différent de celui indiqué sur l’étiquette des
caractéristiques de l’appareil, par une installation électrique défaillante ou par des conditions météorologiques, chimiques
ou électrochimiques. Les réclamations ou les demandes d’indemnisations relatives aux objets qui ne font pas partie intégrante
de l’appareil seront rejettées.
6. Une prestation d’assistance pendant la garantie n’entraîne pas une prolongation de cette même garantie. Les prestations
d’assistances ne sont fournies à titre de garantie que pendant la durée de celle-ci. Le droit à la garantie ne concerne que le
premier acheteur de l’appareil et il ne peut être transféré à une tierce personne.
7. La garantie s’annule lorsque des personnes non autorisées ont tenté d’effectuer des réparations, des modifications ou des
changements de pièces sur l’appareil.
8. Tous les frais et les risques concernant le transport vers notre usine et vice-versa seront dans tous les cas à la charge de
l’acheteur.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
Pour bénéficier du service d’Assistance Technique pendant la durée de la garantie de 24 mois après la date d’achat, il faut:
a) la présentation du certificat de garantie dûment rempli et authentifié.
b) la présentation de la facture/preuve d’achat sur laquelle figure le modèle et le numéro d’identification du produit (si possible).
Noter: la non présentation des documents susmentionnés est un motif d’annulation de la prestation d’assistance prévue par la
garantie.
