The Extron DTP3 CrossPoint 42 is a compact four input by two output matrix switcher with video scaling, that incorporates the

Vector™ 4K scaling engine capable of 4K @ 60 Hz with 4:4:4 video resolution, HDCP 1.x and 2.3, and EDID Minder Plus. It

features USB-C® and HDMI inputs, HDMI outputs, and a DTP3 output for extending video, audio, and control signals up to

330 feet (100 meters) over a shielded CAT 6A cable. One 5-pole analog audio output is available for de-embedded 2-channel audio

signals. It also provides advanced capabilities such as audio de-embedding, seamless transition e󰀨ects, and logo keying.

The DTP3 CrossPoint 42 can be controlled and congured via PCS, Simple Instruction Set (SIS) commands, and the Internal Web

Page.

The DTP3 CrossPoint 42 is housed in a 1U high, half rack wide enclosure with an internal power supply.

Disconnect Power and Mount the DTP3 CrossPoint 42

Disconnect power from the switcher and turn o󰀨 all devices that will be connected to it. Select a suitable mounting location,

and choose an appropriate mounting option. Mounting information can be found in the DTP3 CrossPoint 42 User Guide at

www.extron.com. The DTP3 CrossPoint switchers can be rack mounted or can sit on a table with the provided rubber feet

attached. Make all external connections before applying power.
