※ No sound: Please check if the headset is at the low volume or the
headset connects with the phone correctly.Check if the port of the

Charging Method
1. Please separate the battery and the main part from the headset.
2. Use the USB-C cable to charge the headset fully.
3. The indicator light is red when charging, when the charge is
complete the light will be off.
4. If you charge the headset with other USB-C, it may be not
compatitable, please change another cable and retry.
