Operating Instructions and Installation

Description

• Capillary Sensor Thermostat with a visible external scale.

• Easy to operate thanks to the large manual dial.

• Temperature range 0 °C – 90 °C (tolerance 5 °C).

• Easy electrical connection thanks to the suciently large cable clamps.

Installation

1. Thermostat to be mounted to the pipe’s surface, attach to any place and secure the external sensor

on thesurface of the system designated for the water transfer, where the temperature is supposed

to be measured. Observe the direct and safe contact with the surface. (Any insulation must be

removed from the spot where the sensor is going to be mounted.)

2. The Capillary pipe located between the thermostat and the external sensor must not be curved

(bent) in any case!

Electric Connection

1. Open the thermostat by pulling out the dial (1) and then release the large plastic screw (2).

2. Remove the lid from the case. Now you see the four plastic clamps, these must be connected in

the following way:

• Clamp C and 1 = opener

3. The thermostat will be opened as the temperature is increasing and will be closed as the temperature

decreases (E. g. function = „Heating“).

• Clamp C and 2 = opener

4. The thermostat will be closed as the temperature is increasing and will be opened as the temperature

is decreasing (E. g. function = „Cooling“).

• Clamp = Grounding

The installation may be done by the professional heating technician only and in the accordance with the

connection plan. Moreover, the installation must comply the currently valid regulations and must comply

as well as the specications issued by your energy supplier. The installation must always be done when

the electricity supply is switched o. All the safety specications must be observed.

Observe the maximum switching current stated in the technical specications!

Vlastnosti

• Termostat s kapilárovým čidlem a viditelnou vnější stupnicí.

• Jednoduchý provoz pomocí velkého ručního číselníku.

• Teplotní rozsah 0 °C – 90 °C (rozlišení 5 °C).

• Jednoduché elektrické připojení s pomocí dostatečně velkých kabelových svorek.

Montáž

1. Termostat upevňovaný k povrchu trubky připevněte v libovolném místě a zajistěte externí čidlo na

povrchu části systému určeného k přenosu vody, jehož teplotu má čidlo zaznamenávat. Dbejte na

to, abyste zajistili přímý abezpečný kontakt s povrchem. (Před zajištěním čidla je nezbytné odstranit

v místě instalace veškerou izolaci.)

2. Kapilární trubice mezi termostatem a externím čidlem se nesmí v žádném případě ohýbat!

Elektrické připojení

1. Otevřete termostat tím, že odstraníte číselník (1) a uvolníte velký plastový šroub (2).

2. Odstraňte víko pouzdra. Čtyři kabelové svorky, které nyní můžete vidět, se připojí takto:

• Svorka C a 1 = otvírač

3. Termostat se otevře při rostoucí teplotě a uzavře v případě klesající teploty (např. funkce = „topení“).

• Svorka C a 2 = otvírač

4. Termostat se uzavře při rostoucí teplotě a otevře v případě klesající teploty

(např. funkce = „chlazení“).

• Svorka = uzemnění

Instalaci smí provádět pouze profesionální instalatér v souladu s plánem připojení. Kromě toho musí

instalace také odpovídat aktuálně platným směrnicím a specikacím vašeho dodavatele energie.

Instalace se vždy provádí při vypnutém přívodu proudu; musí se dodržovat bezpečnostní specikace.

Dodržujte maximální spínací proud uvedený v technických údajích!
